These guys are awesome. They're professional, they respond quickly, and even though they aren't the absolute lowest price you still get more than you pay for - they honor their warranty quickly and with no fuss, and they do great work. Every interaction I've had with them has been fantastic, and that includes replacing furnaces at three different properties.

Michael Bonsby replaced old, leaking return air ducts on our row house roof and performed annual maintenance on heating and cooling equipment. They are professional, responsive, and do outstanding work. Their quotes are detailed and reasonable and they take the time to answer all your questions. I would recommend them for any HVAC project.

Great experience with service, sales and installation. Every person I dealt with was responsive, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions, making the replacement of my a/c system in the middle of July as quick and painless as possible.

We love working with Michael Bonsby! They are very professional and treat you well. Their work is impeccable. Communication between their home office and their field techs could sometimes get confused. Also, make sure to confirm and reconfirm placement of switches and units, otherwise you may lose some plants outside or have a switch in a weird place inside. Overall, though, excellent service and workmanship! Highly recommended!

They were very open and honest during their assessment. They explained everything very thoroughly, and they didn't even attempt to get me to sign immediately. When I later decided to go with them, everything was delivered and installed as promised. The original salesman and the manager both stopped by during the install as promised. So far we are very happy with their products and their service.

Ten months later - the unit completely died on us. No heat, no emergency heat, just complete shutdown during the first snow fall of the year. I never experienced a complete failure of a unit including the backup heat, and certainly wasn't expecting it with a unit less than a year old.

They came out immediately the next day to fix the issue and were very nice in explaining what happened. I would have preferred the emergency heat functioned properly from the start, but I am happy with how they resolved it.
