I have been with Home Air Services for over 15 years. Their staff are professional, knowledgeable and always willing to educate customers in response to questions on preventive maintenance concerns and the operations of HVAC systems. They’re also accessible and responsive when attempting to schedule. I highly value their work.

The HVAC job consisted of replacing 2 residential systems: (1) heat pump (2) A/C and gas furnace.

Home Air Services was not the cheapest proposal, but it was competitive. I selected them because during the pre-job estimate they seemed the most thorough and I trusted them to do a good job. I got everything I wanted for a fair price. Moreover, when a warranty issue with a thermostat came up, they came back and addressed it quickly - it was a manufacture's fault not Home Air Services, but they resolved the issue.

I would recommend them to family, friends, and co-workers.

Replaced an 18 year old heat pump with a new, high-efficiency American Standard unit. All of the work performed was completed in a professional manner. Lionel, the owner of the company, was extremely knowledgable about both the equipment and various aspects of the installation, and his crew did their job in an exemplary manner. All options available were addressed in detail, to include both efficiency ratings and the various rebates available through the local utility company. Based on my experience with Home Air Services, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone requiring HVAC services.

Aaron Wade always does a superb job. We are very pleased with his maintenance work on the HVAC machines in our house. He is very talented and professional. We appreciate his work.

Nick did a thorough evaluation of my HVAC system, including servicing all the parts. He made some recommendations that would prevent future failures and problems. I appreciated his knowledge and expertise and will follow the recommendations. He also installed the Nest thermostat which I had tried to do myself, but didn't accomplish. Very professional service.

Technician for twice yearly preventive maintenance visit was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Arrived on time, and the preventive maintenance service took less than an hour, including dealing with an issue (air gap in unit's housing causing a whistling/vacuum cleaner kind of noise). Have been a customer since 2007.

Home Air recently installed a new energy efficient conditioner and air handler to replace my old system, which was broken. They were prompt and efficient in removing all of the old equipment and installing the new system. I have relied on Home Air Services for many years to install and maintain my air conditioning and heating systems and have always been completely satisfied with their work.

Technicians like Ghirmai Tekie are the primary reason I have used Home Air Services since 1992. Cordial, and he knows my heating & cooling situation/equipment better than I do. Always efficient, professional and respectful of my home and property. I totally trust his guidance and recommendations. Thank you Ghirmai and other personnel like you at Home Air Services.

Home air came to our house multiple times to try to fix a broken air conditioner. The first time, the guy told us it was a problem with the thermostat and charged us for a new one, and promptly left. It then broke 2 days later. The next guy changed a switch of some kind in the wiring and said it would be perfect then. It broke a week later yet again. The 3rd guy said that the switch was perfectly fine and there was no reason to get it replaced, but then couldn’t figure out the problem so just gave us a new thermostat again. And again, it is broken and they can’t figure it out. Keep in mind, we paid FULL PRICE for all of these visits. I’m sitting in my 85 degrees living room without AC because of them. Do not use this company.

Edit: CC their response, this is how they treat a customer of 17 years. They put all the blame on us. Once again I stand by what I said.
