Chris came over right away to look at my broken Airconditioner in July. He had to repair one unit and replace another unit. I was very happy with their work, professionalism and prices. I would highly recommend McDonald Heating, A/C and Plumbing.

Replaced a tankless boiler with a separate hot water boiler and indirect hot water heater. On-site technicians, installers, and project manager were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. Sales gave a number of equipment options and the office staff made finalizing the purchase easier than expected. Project was organized, neat, and timely and completed with a great product.

Gene from McDonald arrived early and was so friendly, polite and efficient. He completed the maintenance in two hours. We have been using this company for years and continued to be very happy with their employees and their service.

Macdonald replaced our broken, outdated steam radiator system with a high-efficiency forced hot water system with panel radiators in our 1925 colonial home though the MassSave program. Chris started us out with a thorough evaluation and explanation of options, while Aaron and his team installed the system, which included running pex piping from the basement to the first and second floor radiators. Chris and the installers were professional, COVID-conscious, and worked hard to see through this challenging project within the week timeframe they had estimated. They also sub-contracted asbestos removal, and removal of the old radiators and ‘head-banger’ pipes in the basement. On-time and on budget, I highly recommend Macdonald for their top-notch knowledge, experience, and service.

McDonald Heating was very professional and got the work done quickly. There was a follow-up needed and they were here within the next few days to finish the job. The men had their masks on and cleaned up after they were finished. Chris Casciolini was great. Thank-you

Called last Thursday on 3/11/2021 and had an appointment set up for today, Friday ( 03/19/2021) at 830 AM. Around 9:05 I call to see what’s going on, and was told my appointment was set for last Thursday and I called to cancel it. Think I made a mistake I said sorry for the mixup, but then checked my call logs and saw that prior to today, I had only placed 1 call to them, last week at 830 AM. I called them back and asked how I could call last week at 830 AM and set up an appointment for a technician to come out at that exact moment, and THEN call back to cancel. Representative was of no help, said she would get a supervisor on the line, which did not end up happening. Then offered to set up an appointment in a month since they are now backed up with no alternative solutions on their end. Very unprofessional and I’ll be looking elsewhere for service.

I was out on a business trip during the January freeze. When I came back home, the house was freezing. Tired and hungry from the flight, I gave these guys a call even though thinking that nobody was on staff at 10PM. To my surprise, they showed up fast! After the tech was done, he said it was an easy fix (took about 40 minutes) and handed me a receipt. Wait, I didn’t pay yet. He said, “you’re all set! You are under maintenance agreement.” and he left. I am so glad I signed up with these guys.

Just had a McDonald technician replace a defective outside spigot and inside pipe. Very friendly and efficient. I've done well by this company since signing on to their service plan a few months ago. I recommend them.

I had Joe come out for an emergency “no a/c” call on Saturday afternoon. He was in my driveway within 30 min of me calling. Couldnt be more impressed. Joe was super cool, professional, and best of all he got us up and running on a 92° day within a few hours.
