Excellent experience from first phone call to schedule a visit for a quote, right through the installation. Mike H. and Ray completed the install earlier than planned. Answered all questions and went through a complete operational review. Very professional experience.

My husband and I received a new boiler from McDonald. Very impressed with the service we received. Easy to deal with Mass Save. The technicians were prompt, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend.

The contract stated that they would arrive between 8:30 and 9am. They were in my driveway at 8:27am. They were efficient, polite and did exactly what was planned. It was a very hot day and they were in my hot attic most of the day. Can't say enough about Chris, Brad and Bill. Professionals all the way!!

I asked for an estimate on a HVAC system. They told me they would send a sales rep out. First visit they went to the wrong house, .Second time they claimed sales rep was sick. Third time sales rep was to busy and would email me an estimate.... Never received email.. thanks for wasting my time....

Called this evening for a leaky boiler. The tech, Gene, was here in under an hour. He was very thorough and took the time to explain what was causing the issue. Even went as far as explaining how to properly care for older systems. He was a pleasure to have in a very stressful situation.
I would not only recommend this company to someone I know but, I would also recommend the tech.

Mike and Graham were on time and professional. They kept us updated during the installation process and took the time to walk me through the operation of the new unit.

Had a problem with 1 zone of my heating system on a Saturday getting no heat temp outside 2 windchill -14 called for service in 1hr Joe called and was at my house in a 1/2 hr bleed the zone seemed ok and left a few hours later the problem returned called back and they were back at my house in a hour and a half Ed showed up and worked on problem then called his boss Bill who came to the house to work with Ed after a few hours of working Bill found a faulty old gate valve was able to get it working they will be coming back to replace it . Thank you Joe Ed and Bill for all your hard work McDonald heating is the only company I will use.

After coming here and looks at the problem decides they don't work on mobile homes. They had no problem when it was my heat but now my drain leaks and no. Could have said it when I called instead of wasting my day.

McDonald has always been very prompt and through everytime we have had them out to the house. Very reasonable rates, but more importantly very honest and open with what they suggest on our heating and ac.

We concur, if you would like to get robbed in broad daylight by all means call these thieves. We had a similar experience to the one in another review and agree whole heartedly with her assessment. They replaced parts that didn't need replacing and charged 300-400% to do so, only to have the heating system fail again one month to the day.
