I am very happy that I chose to work with Endless Energy to install mini splits for heating and cooling. From my first call to install day the whole process went very smooth. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful!

The reason for the low rating is the deceptions about referrals. They said they give cash for jobs that were referred. I referred a friend who used their installation services but I did not receive the referral cash I was told I would get. I called twice and still have not received anything. Don't bother making referrals.

We had two air source heat pumps installed by Endless Energy. The two installers, Matt and Zack were very professional, proficient, and had great attitudes. They made the installation process worry free.

We had a pleasant and professional experience with Endless Energy for our home energy audit and mini split installation! Despite a complicated project, Endless rose to the occasion to help us get whole home mini splits installed quickly and efficiently! Would recommend them greatly!

We just worked with Endless Energy to add insulation to our house. Highly recommended this company as they really have done a great job and are very easy to work with. The first time when I called them, Ashley who picked up my phone call quickly got my needs and immediately scheduled a free estimate for me. Rick, who ended up as our account manager, came to our house and did a very detailed inspection of our wall and explained everything clearly to me and turned back with a reasonable quote the next day. He also patiently answered all my questions and adjusted the project goal for me accordingly. After that, we were scheduled for the insulation very quickly. Today was the day of the insulation. They showed up on time, and again answered all my questions patiently, got the job done neatly and wrapped/cleaned up all the wastes. Juwon (I am sorry if I spent your name wrong) and his colleagues (sorry again I am bad at remembering names) carefully checked all corners of my house to make sure it is fully insulated. They also adjusted(reduced) my price as our basement did not need as much insulation as previously proposed. You guys are professional, responsive, honest, efficient and easy to work with. Thank you!

After an extensive search and self-education campaign on heat pumps (I started out knowing almost nothing), I decided to replace my oil-fired steam system with a comprehensive heat pump HVAC system. Our house is a 2000 square foot, 100 year old colonial with a basement and attic. It was a project!

I talked to 8-10 potential vendors, several seriously. None was as responsive or knowledgeable as Endless Energy. We decided to use them.

They started our planned 5 day installation last Monday and finished Friday at noon. I knew our system was big and complicated. I did technical marketing during my career. I expected a complex and technical install but it was even more complex than I had imagined.

The people from Endless Energy were superb, every last one of them. Nor only did they all know their jobs, but they were super nice, clean and polite. As I said to a friend as they were leaving, having seen what was actually involved in the install, I can’t imagine any other company doing the job as well!

Given how many people were buzzing around our house all week, there was almost no disruption. And they left the house as clean as they found it.

We had a great experience with Endless Energy staff. Their work is above and beyond our expectations. Starting with Tina's visit and follow-ups with patience and knowledge to explain all the steps from start to finish of the process all the way to the installation crew. Those guys took their time to make all looks as harmonious as possible on the outside and inside of our home. All of them are very polite, punctual with an awesome attitude that reflects the Organization. We only have praises for all of them and we sure recommend all of them.
