Endless Energy

EE just installed mini split heat pumps for us. Found them through the Green Energy Consumers Alliance group buy program. We always take multiple proposals for major improvements and no one else could touch them. Not just the cost either, the entire experience was top notch. Mark Gratton came prepared and with him, we designed the optimal system for our house. Jacob and his team did the installation flawlessly and ahead of schedule. We’re very happy with the results. We’d recommend them to anyone and we’re looking forward to an ongoing service relationship. Also planning to add more solar PV, so hope the service quality continues.

We had a energy assessment 10/2018 and are STILL waiting for them to install thermostats. I have been periodically calling to check the status and they say they are backlogged and don’t have enough electricians to complete the work. I called again two weeks ago and spoke to a women who was shocked it had taken so long and promised a call back. I have yet to hear anything. I completely understand that going into homes at this time is not necessary and do not expect the work to be completed now. With that being said they have not competed work they are most likely being compensated for and also don’t seem to care. I would highly recommend using any other company!

I had endless energy come to my house in February of this year to add additional mini split head to my One year old system system .
They said at that time everything was OK and working .
I go to turn my system on last month and the compressor blew.
Their customer service is so bad they won’t even come to my house to look at it they told me to contact another installer .
They had no problem taking my money .
They said they’re too busy technician out excuse after excuse when clearly their company was the last one to touch my system and it was working perfectly before they worked on it .

Used Endless Energy to do a MassSave assessment and then the work. Williana was late arriving, however she spent so much time with us going over everything carefully that it was worth the wait and I can understand why the delay.

A few weeks later the team arrived in the morning, were diligent and went about the job of installing insulation everywhere. Cleaned up at the end of the day, returned the next and put in another full day of work.

The entire experience was excellent. Would use them again.

Before leaving he connected me to other energy saving people for heating systems.

We just had an amazing experience with Endless Energy. Adam Cohen came out and did a thorough assessment of our house. We learned so much and we got a ton of free LED lightbulbs to replace our old, incandescent ones. I have been concerned with the efficiency of our attic, especially with our style of house; it’s a gambrel. Adam suggested a solution that will work, and with the rebates, is amazingly affordable. I’m so glad we took the time to do the assessment.

Colin Theran was our Energy Specialist and he was truly amazing. He was very thorough and clear. We learned so much about how we could save energy and the different programs that can ultimately save us money. We fully intend to have our home energy efficient by end of year. Thank you Endless Energy (and Colin) for helping us help the planet and put a few extra dollars in our pocket.

Seth Freedman was our energy specialist and he was wonderful. He was friendly and quick. He explained what he was doing and answered all our questions. We were hesitant to have the inspection in the first place, but he made it a positive experience.
