Endless Energy

These guys are big time unprofessional, specially their sales team. All they care about is getting your business and squeezing money out of you. They installed three minisplit head in our home out of which two are defective. One of the minisplits we paid for comes with a Wifi which doesn't work. When i reached out to them, after a couple of Follow-ups they just dropped the ball on us. The other one makes a squeaking noise since day 1 and we haven't been able to use it at night, since it hampers our sleep. I have been able to schedule an appointment for the latter though, but after investing 5 figures to install a heating/cooling system if this is what someone needs to face, then its really frustrating. Please be aware of this company folks, i wish i could give negative reviews.

Update to energy saving work as part of the mass save program. Light bulbs and power strips came in last week and yesterday April 5th the crew came and installed the insulation in the Attic. Did a great job sealing it up first building a cap for the pull-down staircase and a cover for the whole house fan. Both fit nice and are easy to put on and off. Also installed the Gable and bathroom vents no more moisture building up in the attic. Crew did a great job and I've already noticed the reduction in drafts in the house. Workmanship was fantastic and very impressed at how they kept the place clean. No cellulose in any of the hallways or bedrooms when they were done with their work. Great job well worth the wait.

They installed my solar panels and mini-splits. So far everything works great! The credit from surplus solar power during summer pays for my heating bills using mini-splits during spring and fall, so I only need to pay heating cost using natural gas for the coldest winter days. My utility cost reduced a lot and my house is warm in winter and cool in summer. Overall I think my solar and mini-splits are well worth it. And the solar panel size and mini-split units they designed and installed fit my needs very well.

I recommend this company to everyone. They are all very polite and caring. They listen to you and address the problems that you might have. At the beginning I was dissatisfied because the hot water wasn’t what I wanted it to be , then I realized it’s some kind of heat regulator that I have on my shower head. The mini splits are just great. My only complaint: rebates are not coming fast enough. But that’s out of their control. Overall; very professional service and caring.

We worked with Endless Energy to have mini-splits installed in our home through MassSave and could not have been happier with our experience or outcome. From the initial visit with Mark to our installation with Jake, Jamie, and their in-house electricians, everyone was exceedingly polite and professional. All questions from MassSave application through post-installation needs were answered quickly and thoroughly. We even received a call the evening after installation was completed to tell us they had found an additional rebate that we qualified for and handled all of the research, application, and reception needs for it. I could not recommend them highly enough, and look forward to working with them with future efficiency upgrades.

Having read less-than-rave reviews about some MassSave contractors, I reservedly bought in Endless Energy; and now, after their considerable efforts and goodwill, can wholeheartedly recommend them. They were professional, COVID-aware, and respectful; and went the extra mile to correct and conform deficits in our insulation and attic construction. They also are excellent communicators; they set expectations and fulfilled them, doing what they said they’d do (and more: they fixed an improperly-constructed vent to the roof rather than the attic - without extra cost) on schedule. It was impressive and heartening.

In short, knowing what I know now about the MassSave program and Endless Energy, I can only urge you to take advantage of this amazing program and provider. I’m certain it will have a significant impact on our energy consumption and costs, and overall comfort.

It’s also worth noting the indoor LED track lights (over 30) they installed very closely emulate the warm light associated with incandescents not the harsh white light of early LEDs; it’s been a joy not to replace them with the frequency and cost to which we’d grown accustomed. All told an extraordinary value.

I had 4 other quotes. Turns out...the other guys didn't take the time to size the heat load requirements given the construction of my home. I had been quoted too much equipment by yes...all four other companies. It was easy to beat these over-sized systems but I know that even apples-to-apples I went with the cheapest $ folks. My new system was installed by EE on March 17th 2020 and given the summer we just had was fully tested...Amen! With my wife and I stuck working from home due to Covid, the timing couldn't have been better! We love our new Fujitsu mini-split heat pumps! The installation crew was amazing! I had 2 ourdoor units and 3 indoor units installed. The workmanship was second-to-none! Every effort was made to eliminate a mess beforehand and the positioning of every unit was discussed before they started as well. The routing of exterior conduits was picked for best esthetics and when done everything was perfect and functioned accordingly. Make no mistake about it...Endless Energy should be YOUR go to company for ALL your HVAC needs. I love these guys...you will too! Sorry for all the exlamation marks but they are all well deserved...

Worst company to deal with . Got solar panels from this company . The system in not functioning . Its been 4 months and no response . Same issue happened last year . BEWARE!!!!!
