    Billing was a nightmare.
    High turnover of techs.
    Serious lack of communication.
    As read in another review, no sense of urgency when onsite to complete repairs.

    It was 8:54pm on a Sunday evening when I reached out to Matt Girouard about a semi-serious HVAC issue, which I won’t get into the details about, but suffice to say, it was very frustrating and stressful as I was throwing a party in less than 36 hours. Having not have done business with him yet, I didn’t have his contact information readily available, so, I sent him a facebook message, and within a few minutes, he replied, “Hi Mike, sorry I missed you’re message. I’m just leaving a family cookout. How can I help?”

    We talked for a few minutes via facebook messenger, when our conversation took a pause. He asked me, and I quote: “Do you need me to come out tonight?”
    I was floored and didn’t have a response. It was humid outside, and dark and very buggy, and this man’s family BBQ was just interrupted. I replied that he didn’t have to come tonight, and that I wasn’t even prepared for him to offer, but would appreciate him coming the next day. He said, no problem, and then he read me his schedule and said he could fit me in the next day around 4:00pm. I said great!
    Me being a nervous nelly, I was already messaging him the next day at 9:00am making sure he was still coming and if there was anything he needed from me. He said no, but had me take a few pictures of the issue, and he swung by home depot on the way over. Except he came at 11:45am. He left his job he was in the middle of in Peabody Mass because he could sense how desperate and stressed I was, and when he completed the job I had for him, guess where he went? Back to Peabody to complete someone else’s job. I am not pumping the tires when I tell you too, that he took a good, long look at what the problem was and troubleshot scenarios before fixing it, meaning he didn’t take one look, try something, give up, and then hand me a bill for service. He was not leaving my house until he fixed something.
    I truly appreciate the time you took out of your schedule on the 3rd of July to assist a panicked customer who thought he had nowhere to go. You demonstrated that you provide services with ease, expertise, respect, and above all, determination, and this experience has given me everything I need to refer you a customer. Thank again so much!

    I reached out to Steve Kennedy at ACCUTEMP Engineering and he helped me out on a probelm I was having at my home's furnace ducting. He was very courteous and patient as it took a bit to figure out the problem was. If it wasnt for him we would not of known the flume which showed open was actually closed and was bringing in carbon monoxide into our basement. I would definitly hire accutemp engineering. Thanks again Steve you literaly was a life savor
