Residential Heating and Air Conditioning

Our furnace began working intermittently (burner not lighting). The company we used for 10 years had 4 techs replace nearly every major part over the next 12 days without solving the problem. We called Residential based on a referral, and Josh Stumne immediately diagnosed the problem as the secondary heat exchanger. Bob installed a new furnace 2 days later, problem solved. Impressed with Bob's installation work and his tidiness after he finished---he did a great job in about 8 hours. Josh was thorough in his explanation of what/when/how things would be done and Residential adhered to that schedule. We highly recommend them and they'll be handling our heating & A/C needs going forward.

I have used Residential Heating and Air on my own home and on rental properties, in all cases they have done excellent work with fair pricing. The equipment they installed has been trouble-free which i can't say about the units that were there prior which results in less headaches for me! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

first off I normally do not take the time and energy to write a review but I was so impressed with this company I had to. I woke up Monday morning and my furnace was not working I made the call to residential heating they had a service person at my home within two hours. the serviceman was clean and friendly and had the problem fixed within 20 minutes. From the person who answered the phone to the final bill (very reasonable) I was 100% satisfied. I highly recommend this company.

Whoever answers their phones she is rude!! I had to call them out 3 times and they even had the nerve to tell me I had to wait a few days for someone to be in my area after they got paid for the job. My system still is not working correctly. They want to point fingers but I wasn't having this problem before they touched my furnace and air. Would not recommend and I will be sharing my experience across all social media platforms. Unprofessional and rude! Shouldn't be in business!!

Residential Heating and Air Conditioning were awesome. We got a ductless air conditioning system installed through them as we bought a house that has a boiler to heat the place and needed air conditioning installed. Talk to Scott Spanjers he did everthing he could to make the system work for us and the price compared to other companies was very good. Work didn't take long and the system works great in our house. Highly recommend!

Very pleased. Great in every way. Had my 1986 Whirlpool furnace replaced finally. I had researched what unit I wanted to get to replace it, a Goodman 96% efficient unit. They said no problem, but also said Daikin has a great promo going this year, you'll get the same unit with an even better warranty (Daikin owns Goodman). The bid came in the best of the 3 I got. They were on the job fast, new unit was in within 2 days of me signing contract. Love the new Daikin, small quiet, and tested 97% efficient with ambient air at around 70 degrees. Inspectors came from city and for the electric, passed no problem. After the rebates from the utility company the final price was really not bad at all, especially considering how efficient this thing is. To top it off the warranty is great too, 2 years full parts and labor, 12 years parts from Daiken, Heat Exchanger has a lifetime warranty from Daikin. If you're getting bids for a new furnace in the metro I highly recommend you get one from Residential. Dan W
