If i could give a ZERO star, i would!
Absolutely horrible service! They don't know what they are doing and stole the newly installed thermostat without telling us.
We needed new thermostats. They sent us workers, and they wired incorrectly and popped fuses multiple times, and told us our circuit board fried. And told us to make another appointment to install the circuit board.... Find out with other company that they just did it wrong.
They initially told us they would install two google nest for $150. But they changed their "mind" and charged us $300.
My husband spoke with the representative, and their service was just horrible as well. She said, "I don't need to argue with you. Just talk to my manager.", when my husband just needed to explain what was happening.

Air Pro Master was the company that came out to fix AHS warranty work on the Downstairs bathroom toilet fill valve and shut-off valve needed to be replaced. Josh S. Was the plumber who replaced the broken parts. Josh did an excellent job and provided great customer service. I highly recommend Josh S. To fix all your plumbing issues. Great guy who is very Friendly and competent certified plumber!

I called Air Pro Master, and they "ran into a situation" like any business can!! And Eric the manager got involved and made sure my home was taken care of!!

I had a new water heater installed through a home warranty company. I was pleasantly surprised at how professional Air Pro Master was. They had my water heater done in under 24 hours from first contact. Gus, my install tech, was great. You could tell he took pride in his workmanship.
