I had high expectations for this company when our home warranty sent them and saw their reviews. They came out next day and the first tech Alfred was only here for 1minute, literally. Said we needed a new water heater…. Did not look into any other problems. Ordered the part and scheduled a time, not only did they have to reschedule for a later time in the afternoon the day of service, they got here and said the first tech Alfred ordered the wrong part and that a bigger water heater was needed… ( mind you how would we of ever known that, it’s the same water heater when we moved in 3 years ago) the second tech ken and brad disconnected all our lines and bent copper tubing and left us with out any water since Saturday saying they would order the part and come back out. Mind you, our water heater was leaking but we still at least had hot and cold water… they left us without any water for the whole house due to us having to shut off the main line due to them bending pipes because with the water on, it’s a sprinkler in my hallway…. We called Saturday night wondering why it’s taking so long to find out brad and ken never put in the new order per our home warranty. Customer service 24/7 line wasn’t available… way to false advertise we called 5 times. Along with your false advertising for emergency services. I have a baby in the house and informed them of this., We called Sunday to Amy in the morning, she refused services for anyone to come out to fix what the prior techs disconnected, I am just wanting water in the house…. I am not asking for expedited parts to be ordered I am asking for running water. A tech to come out and reconnect the lines, but despite the advertised emergency services 24/7, we have been left with no running water for 24 hours with our baby, a huge inconvenience. We were left off worse than what we were before calling them. We called a second time to Amy to clarify this false advertising for emergency 24:7 services and was left with there’s nothing I can do till Monday. Cannot refund my original payment , cannot send a tech out and was absolutely useless. I am not sure how they have good rating. Absolutely horrible experience.

Do NOT use this company. I had a bad experience with the tech who was impatient and rude when I questioned the service charge and wanted to confirm the coverage. He left abruptly. I got two calls from Christina (spelling?) with Air Pro Master Customer Relations. When I explained the encounter and said that I do not appreciate when people like him are rude to a woman in their home she interrupted me and said she didn't feel comfortable with that statement and hung up on me. I can honestly say I have never been treated by a company like this in my life. VERY unprofessional! I would never use them again.

Very friendly and professional people from the start of the job to the end of the job. The installers did a excellent job and cleaned up their work area after completing. They explained the functions of all the equipment and made sure I felt very comfortable with it. I would highly recommend Air Pro Master to everyone.

I was unfortunate to use this company for my plumbing need. I will never use them again! I had a technician named Chris Hernandez to come out from my home warranty company. I had issues with my toilets and kitchen sink faucet. I asked him to tighten my kitchen faucet. He lied and informed me that the faucet needed to be replaced and that he couldn't tighten it. I informed him that I hadn't had it for that long. I thought that it just needed to be tighten. He informed me that he was going to get a new faucet put in. I really thought he knew what he was speaking to since he was suppose to be the professional. Needless to say he never came back to fix my faucet. Nor did he call. He ghost me! Lied and said he was returning in 24 hrs. My faucet only needed to be tightened. He was so unprofessional that he brushed me off. Very rude! I was appalled! I have never had a tech to treat me in such a rude manner. I wouldn't refer this company to a gas station with a busted toilet. These people that are rendering services now are just bad quality people. And I gave this person a tip, and for what!!! His tip should have been to get into another field, and that his attitude SUCKS!. He is a terrible tech. He does a dis- service to this company :/... They get a 1 in rating from me. I do not, nor will I ever reward bad behavior! I am a business owner myself, and provide and take pride in good customer service. It is everything to me. It can make or break your company. Good or bad news can travel fast! Not saying all people at this company are unprofessional. But it can sometimes take only one bad apple to spoil the whole bunch. I for sure wouldn't want anyone like Chris Hernandez working for me at my company.
