Great company. Our A/C suddenly went out in 100+ degree weather. Called and they said they could come between 2 and 6. We were ok with that but then got a call that they were on their way and they were here at noon, only three hours after my initial call. The service tech, Chad, was very professional, diagnosed the problem in about 20 minutes, replaced a capacitor and we were up and running. You could not ask for better service. We signed up for their club service which is a good deal. Don’t hesitate to use them.

I've used Sahara AC for a couple of years now. I highly recommend this company. When my home warranty company informed me that it would be a week to 10 days before a service tech could be available to service my broken AC at the hottest time of the year, I called Sahara AC. I was informed that a technician was available and he amazingly arrived within 45 minutes of my call, quickly made the necessary repairs and the bill was absolutely reasonable. Since then, I am on their maintenance membership package and will be as long as I have an HVAC system to maintain!! Superb service, honest, and skilled techs, swift availability. Definite recommend! Wish I could say the same for the home warranty company!

For years I had problems with my AC Unit after purchasing a 1999 house in 2009. Seemed every year in July I was spending lots of money to band-aid the problem, and I was worried that I would have to buy a new unit and was not able to afford it. Several Las Vegas AC companies came out and never did more that fix a fuse or clean some coils, but not one of them wanted to repair it and just wanted to sell me a new unit.
With that said, a friend of mine from California who was in the commercial AC business for over 40 years recommended Sahara Air. It's been about 6 years now that they have not only repaired it, (new motor, etc.) but I have maintained a service contract with them ever since for routine summer/winter. The first tech Brian, was so smart, and figured out what I needed immediately. His knowledge of the unit was excellent, and everything has been running smoothly. When Brian left, they sent me another tech Chris and he is also excellent and has been maintaining the unit for about 3 years now. I like to have the same tech if possible because they know the unit, and I've been very happy with the new service tech and their service contract as well!
I can't Thank Sahara Air enough for having good quality service techs. It really does pay to have a service contract so things keep running smoothly year after year. I'm still hanging in there, and hopefully the unit will make it through another summer in Las Vegas! :-)

Sahara Air saved us thousands of dollars.
Our air stopped working and we had our "regular" service company come out. Long story short they said we needed at minimum a $1,100 repair and a new condenser. I called Sahara Air to compair the est, and Matt was so friendly and helpful I decided to have them come out and give us a second opinion. The tech was super professional and knew what he was doing, within moments he asked my husband a few questions and determined our unit had simply overheated. He gave it a once over, fired it back up and it's working perfectly.
Thankful is an understatement. 100% recommend!!!

Our technician Robert Hampton was exceptional! He was professional and quick to respond to our situation and a very hard worker. He went above and beyond to try and get our old A/C up and running so we could avoid buying a new unit. In the end it couldn’t be fixed but he spent all day working on it. There were very fair with what they charged for the effort and gave us a and competitive price on a new unit and installed it immediately. We are extremely satisfied with this company and Robert.

After a bad experience with a well known AC company, I decided to get second opinions. I came across Sahara Air on Google and gave them a call. I’m so thankful that I spoke to Brad that day. He spent over a half an hour talking to me on the phone about what could be wrong with my air conditioner and reassured me that they’d take care of it. The next day the tech came out and diagnosed the problem, gave us our options, and set up a time (less than 24 hours later) for the repair. Alex did an amazing job doing the repairs. Professional, thorough, and honest. From now on, I will recommend Sahara Air to anyone that will listen! Thank you Brad and Alex!
