Very nice guy showed up to take a look at our ac unit. $79 later I have a piece of paper that tells me to buy a new AC. No detailed explanation of the problem or what it might cost to repair. Save yourself the money and call one of the many reputable places that will come out and give you a proper written estimate for free.

Would not test do the fact it was an apartment. Even though I would pay them to do it. Clark county said they could test if they wanted too. Although they were very congenial about it . One star.

They service my air conditioner/heating unit twice a year. I rely on them to give me heat in winter and especially air conditioning in the summer. They do a great job.

Needed a Nest thermostat installed and had a satisfactory and pleasant interaction with the woman answering the phone and setting up the scheduling, and also with the technician Jarred. Will be using Sahara again!

We had Jeremy come to our house and do yearly maintenance on our units. He was very professional and kind. He also answered all my questions.

First time I called they said they told me they can do the diagnostics on my HVAC unit, they even offered a maintenance plan I could enroll in. The next time I called they told me they wouldn't be able to service my property because it's a multi-unit, and the maintenance plan was off the table. I'm sure they have done multi-units in the past.
They can't get their story straight.
