Robert was professional and focused on customer service! He was thorough and shared with me the process he was going through. Robert encouraged me to ask questions and his answers were informative and understandable. I recommend Robert for any AC work!

My property manager uses Sahara air so I got an estimate when my AC quit working. They said there was a blockage in the line and it would be $1,094. They couldn't tell me where ur what kind of blockage, but it would be $1,094 regardless. They said they would drain the system, blow out the lines and refill the system. They also said it could take anywhere from 1 to 4 hours. No parts necessary (refill refrigerant). That seemed really expensive given the lack of parts or time, so I got another quote. Turned out there was no blockage. A motor was overheating and shutting the system down. $600 later it was fixed. I'm sure their service is great, but in my opinion, they estimate assuming people will just pay out of necessity. Get a second quote before giving them an unreasonable sum of money for an unnecessary fix.

David, was on time, professional in appearance as well as in is diagnosis. He solved the problem and had my system up and running quickly. I would definitely continue the relationship and in-fact joined Sahara's Club which includes two annual service visits.

Came home to a very hot house & the a/c blowing hot air. The technician was there w/in an hour. Found the problem and was able to fix it w/out the need to leave & get parts. They did a great job; they were quick, efficient, and polite.

My A/C was not working (ugh!) and I called Sahara Air to see if they could help me out. The nice receptionist said they could send someone out that same day. WOW! A few hours later, Chris came out, assessed the situation, said we needed the board replaced. (He was really good about explaining everything so that I didn't feel like a dummy!) He went and got the part, replaced the bad one and now we are enjoying nice cool air! They were quick, clean, and efficient! THANKS SAHARA AIR!

I hired them to help me install a few wired Nest Protect smoke/carbon monoxide alarms. The technician came on time, was very friendly, and was in and out within 30 minutes. Great service.

I called Sahara Air Conditioning last week to diagnose one of the 4 units I have at my fourplex. They went out there, called me, told me that the high pressure switch was not working. He explained in detail what was the switch and what was for. The part was under warranty but the labor will be $620. He clarify that he can make the AC work for now but that it was very important that I change it as soon as I can. I appreciated his honesty and his thorough explanation. For those reasons I decided to call the company again the week later.
A technician went to my property and around 3:30pm my tenant called me and told me that the AC was not fixed. When I called the company they told me that the technician went there and that he tried to call me but couldn't reach me. I had to inquire to what was the problem and the attendant told that is a "failed motor" and that it will cost me $275 to fix it. Is that what it cost to have the AC running, no problem, but I like to understand what are the specifications of services rendered, definitions, how this motors works, etc... I asked the attendant to please have the technician call me, instead she transferred me to the manager, Dan.
When I ask him to please explain to me he told me that there was nothing to explain and that, by the way, quote: "it seems like you rejected a previous service" to what I responded: Yes, if I could go around for now, I will, but it was in my to do list. Dan responded, quote: "are you trying to be cheap"?. It seems that me asking to be explained a service that I am paying for was interpreted like me not want it to pay because I was postponing a service. Not only that, as a female I had cross with many repair persons that refuse to explain to me what the repair is about. His tone was very sexist as he insist that there was nothing to understand.
I gave up, after all my tenant need the AC. So I put the order and they were going to go the day after to install the new motor.
10 minutes after I received a call where the attendant told me that the part was not in Las Vegas and that they will have to order it. It was Wednesday so it will arrive, maybe Monday or I could pay an extra $150 to overnight it, but still was not going to get in until Friday.
Hhhhmmmm, right there it sounded fishy. I thought that I would do my due diligences to see if I can find the part in Las Vegas. I called my maintenance guy to see if I can get the model number, and he explained that the AC has two motors so which one was the one that it was not working?. I called back to ask for the info for the part and the manager told me that I should take my business somewhere else. I asked him why this decision and he said that since I wanted to get the part myself and have my maintenance guy install it, then he was not going to be responsible. The reality is that that was not the case. I just had my doubts about the $150 overnight that they were trying to charge me. And I was right. Same day I had another technician from a different company going to my property, they called me, explained what was the situation, what part they needed, I called the Goodman distribution center and they had the part at the Henderson warehouse. 1 day after the motor was changed.
Matt was not only unprofessional, he lacks integrity. I am definitely reporting Sahara Air Conditioning to the (BBB) Best Business Bureau.
Update:
The manager response once again shows the lack of professionalism as he assumes to know what I did (everybody knows that goodman won't give out a part to an unlicensed technician) or the reasons . Not only that, as a business owner myself, I learned to take ownership of situations been or not my fault. I always look how can I remedy the situation instead of back mouthing a customer. There is one fact here: Sahara Air conditioning tried to charge me an unnecessary fee for overnight delivery. The decisions that I made to accept or decline a previous service should not be judge by the manager.
Ps Still waiting for the refund.

Sahara was recommended to me. Jeremy arrived and was very professional, explained everything to me, and got the job done right. Very happy with their service.

Great crew and supervisor. Showed up when they said they and finished in their timeline. We have a couple of ceiling repairs, waiting for them to make contact. So far painless, except for the cost. 🤩🤩
