The part I needed arrived during a snow storm and Travis made it to my home and fixed my heat. Then two oft hem are professional and efficient. I am extremely satisfied. I hope the two technicians make it to their homes safely.

My house was having AC issues so I called them out. They needed to replace the blower motor costing me 1000 dollars. They recommended purchasing a maintenance plan which would allow them to come out twice a year to maintain the AC and furnace. During the first visit they discussed another item in the outside unit that needed to be addressed so I agreed, signed up for the maintenance plan.. and ask if both the outside unit and AC maintenance (included in the plan) could be done. The technician called me after the service told me outside unit was cleaned and maintenance on the inside unit was done. A month later the ac unit started leaking water. I called them out again and the tech that came out said I needed maintenance done on the unit because it was clogged.. I told him it was just done.. his visit cost me 400 dollars. I called to figure out if the tech actually did the maintenance the first time and I was told he didn’t. I asked why he told me he did and they just gave me the run around. Then I had them come back out to do the furnace maintenance (included in the plan). The tech does the maintenance and recommends the blower motor needs to be cleaned out and it would cost 400 dollars. The blower motor was just replaced three months prior .. you would think if they are charging me 1000 dollars they could have cleaned it out at the time. I feel
Like the company just does half the work and creates additional stuff to charge you. Their work is not thorough .. they have been out to the unit four times in four months and it still needs stuff done.

Ken, Travis, and Sal displayed the utmost professionalism from start to finish during our HVAC Installation. They were in constant communication with us and walked us through the process step by step. They went out of their way to get us back up and running for our business . The technician came on time and discussed what we needed to have done. We are having cabinetry installed and the thermostat was right where a cabinet is going. We discussed and agreed on the new positioning of the thermostat. The technician promptly proceeded with the task and got the thermostat reattached and running.
The technician, Jorel, is knowledgeable and personable; a nice guy!!!

Elite Air is always there when I need them! Chris came out on a Saturday evening to repair my AC. He is always friendly, professional, and gets the job done. It is comforting knowing I can trust Elite Air even on a weekend.

Travis and Sal did a great job! They were respectful and considerate of our home and dog. They asked for and received input as to where ducts and pipes should be run. Everything was working and cleaned up when they left. This is my second time working with Elite Air. Their prices are competitive, and I know that I can trust the folks they send out to work on our home.

This is the second time Joe has serviced our Heating unit. He is very knowledgeable, courteous & professional. We need additional work done on our unit and he explained and showed the area that needs a new part. We can tell he really knows what he's doing and that gives us peace of mind. We are very pleased with the service received over the years and would highly recommend Elite Air to our friends and neighbors.

Joe from Elite Air is a miracle worker. We purchased an older home with steam radiators that were banging and clanging so much that we couldn't sleep and the heat was very uneven throughout the house. Joe came out the same day I called, diagnosed the issues and came back the next day to fix everything. The systems is now quiet and heat is balanced. The change is amazing!!

On June 2nd, 2021 Elite Air installed a new furnace and a/c unit. Our PSEG bill was down 37% for the month of June and down 50% for the month of July. Not much difference in outdoor temps, but the house is set at a MUCH COLDER temperature! The system works GREAT!! The first night the unit seemed noisy, so I called first thing next morning and within a couple of hours, the salesman responded and corrected the issue. Very skilled staff, very professional staff, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!

Technician Jorel arrived on time today to do the first scheduled HVAC maintenance on system and did an excellent job. In particular, he took the time to explain what he discovered, plus made a very good suggestion about possibly installing AC filter holders in my ground floor ceiling in order to eliminate my having to go into the attic in order to replace the filters up there
