Our heating system recently broke and we decided to install a new heating system as well as an air conditioner. Sal Garcia – Mayen and Jon Rickenbach from Elite Air were the technicians who installed the units and they are absolutely amazing!! They were extremely detailed and insured everything was in working condition before they left. They put down plastic and tarps over the entire area they would be working on starting from the front door up through the steps on the second floor where the heater is located.
Joe Montalvo who is a sales rep is also amazing!! He went through all the details of the options that were available to us and went the extra mile to get a coil that we needed for the installation. I would definitely give Elite Air 5 stars and recommend Elite Air to anyone who is interested in Heating and air-conditioning services

We have been dealing with Joe for quite some time - we met him about 10 years ago when our son bought a condo in Robbinsville and he was our first service tech. Since then we always request him for service. He is very knowledgeable and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. And he always has helpful hints in terms of how the system works most efficiently.

The service and installation professionals are ALWAYS courteous and knowledgeable. They answer any and all of my questions. We’ve been using Elite Air for 15 years and I cannot say enough good things about them. Highly recommend.

Elite Air, Inc. is a company I recommend for purchasing, installing and maintenance of HVAC units. When I owned a home in Princeton, Elite Air performed semi-annual HVAC maintenance. I now live in Lawrenceville and own a condominium. Initially a renter, the owner purchased a new HVAC which was installed by Elite Air. Now the condo owner, I have engaged Elite Air to conduct semi-annual maintenance on my HVAC unit. My experiences with all customer service reps and technicians in Princeton and Lawrenceville are positive. My past 2 maintenance checks (May and November 2021) was serviced by Cory Delaney. Cory is very courteous, knowledgeable, works thoroughly performing maintenance of my unit, and reviews with me the work completed including the HVAC Safety Inspection Form. He has also recommended other additions or upgrades to the HVAC unit for purposes of increasing efficiency and life-time of the unit. I purchased an advanced filter last May; and during this recent service call, he has recommended a UV light for the furnace, which I plan to look into in 2022.
It is gratifying to have such dedicated technicians as Cory, and for Elite Air's products and services.

DO NOT USE _ DO NOT USE _DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY purchased a NEW LENNOX HVAC system 2 years ago the AC has seen only its second summer and the COMPRESSOR failed on it
ELITE AIR wants to charge me $2500.00 to replace the compressor which is about a third cost of the entire system
when i asked them to order the WARRANTED COMPRESSOR and
i would have someone else install it they said they do not order parts for others to do the labor
the COMPRESSOR was obviously defective so why would'nt ELITE compensate the customer for the manufacturers defective part --THEY HAVE LEMON LAWS!!!!

Elite Air is the best HVAC service in central NJ, and we’ve tried them all. The people who come out to service and repair our HVAC are friendly, professional, and informative. Bruno came out to fix our AC today, and there isn’t a better informed, friendly, and competent professional than him. Thanks Elite, and thanks, Bruno!

Great repair service to our AC units. Highy professional. The technician, Josh Brown, went above and beyond to ensure both units were restored to good working order. We were given a text prior to the technician's arrival with his picture. They were responsive on the phone and prompt and qualified during the call itself.

The technician, Joel, was courteous and maintained a professional demeanor. He was very knowledgeable, explained problems he found and how they could be corrected. I was very pleased with his service.
