I have been using Elite for HVAC service for many years. They are responsive, professional and honest. Travis did a terrific job today getting my furnace back on line - he was through, patient, kind, and safely suited up to cope with COVID-19. I highly recommend this company.

Elite provided a top notch professional team.They were timely, provided an expert service, and offered competitive pricing. They left everything clean and the job was perfection. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was very happy with elite air and Bob who worked on my ac. He came within an hour and had identified and explained the problem with the ac as he was working. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job. Plus he didn't try and sell me something that I didn't need. He did check the unit for any other problems but found nothing. He replaced the part checked it and made sure that it was working, I had explained that the electricity was interrupted when a tree limb in the neighborhood hit the wires and turned the power on and off many many times and that was probably why the part went, but he checked it and made sure that nothing else caused the problem like a bad circuit. I am very happy for the service and will call Elite air if I need anything else repaired on my AC. Great work! Thanks Again.

I am a regular and very satisfied customer of Elite Air, Inc. This is the first time I have had my HVAC serviced by Tristan.

I found Tristan fully up to the high Elite Air standards. By my estimation, he is the very reason why companies should hire veterans. He was professional yet personable. He was well trained yet will to check back with his supervisor when he wasn't sure about a particular township conformance standard. He did a very thorough job and was willing to explain to me what he was doing and the standards the HVAC unit was expected to meet. And his sense of military integrity was displayed when he explained why, at this time,I did not need an add on service which the company offers.

He truly deserved the full Five Stars.

Great customer service. Came out within 24 hours and fixed our non-functioning furnace. Great price even on the weekend. Will definitely be signing up for their service plan. Thanks Elite for you quick response and knowledgeable technician

I would like to thanks Elite Air for accommodating my urgent request, I had Chris Sletvold onsite to take care of the issue, that I had with furnace, he was able to figure out the issue immediately, also explained in detail about the cause of the problem. Elite was able to send Travis out on the same day that i called. Travis was courteous, professional, and able to get me back up and running in a short amount of time. This is the second home i've owned that I have had serviced through Elite Air and plan to continue to use them for the future.
