Troy did a service call on a holiday and not only did he arrive quickly - he immediately identified the problem, solved it, and then took the time to show me a few things about my new heating system. I was so impressed with his knowledge and that he took the time to help me understand the system. Excellent employee and a wonderful company!

Tough time to have a heater go down-New Year's Day but Tom came out within an hour, quickly diagnosed the problem, and Brian installed the new part the next afternoon. Can't beat that !!

Alber Service exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and professionalism turned my attic into a well-insulated and energy efficient space, whereas before it was leaking air down into the second and even first stories. Our upstairs master bedroom and guest bedroom were notoriously cold in the winter. Before they came I placed a thermometer in our bedroom. If the thermostat downstairs was set to 70 it was 63 in our room, sometimes as low as 61. Now there’s only a 1 degree difference between them or sometimes it has the same reading. It’s been a noticeable change for the better.
They were also very respectful of our home, which is important when hiring contractors. They used drop cloths and boot covers and cleaned up after themselves. Also, they built a storage area so we still have plenty of storage up in the attic. I highly recommend installers Chris and Tyler, and our salesperson was Mike, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience. I’ve had some so-so experiences with contractors in the past but you’re in great hands with Alber. You can really tell they care about their work and they are excellent at what they do.

I have use their service for over 17 years. They installed a new unit to my home last year. The first one they installed lasted 16 yrs. Which Joe Installed. All their staff are very knowledgeable,courteous,professional,caring & devoted. Joe has always been my A/C He is very professional honest courteous knowledgeable & friendly. The office staff Lisa & others are l very courteous & friendly I recommend them to everyone I know

Troy was quick to respond when my furnace stopped working. He was clear about what needed to be fixed and how much it would cost. Alber has always been professional and I would recommend to anyone in need of HVAC service or repair.

Came to check out possible air in hot water tank line. Checked everything thoroughly and even tightened some hoses.

From the person who answers the phone and schedules the visits to the consultants, foreman and crew; everyone was super professional and friendly. Michael was our super friendly and informative consultant who helped us understand our issues with our recently purchased home. He helped us secure the financing and savings - which was key. When it came time to replace our AC, heater and water heater we had just brought our newborn baby home and the crew couldn't have been better. Chris, Tyler and Tom G were so awesome and quiet! They did all the work in half the time so as not to disturb us with our new bundle of joy. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat, great company. Our house is nice and warm and our bills are already lower.

Alber did an excellent job installing an AC system in my home. They installed a dual zone mini split (ductless) system that functions perfectly and runs very efficiently. The install cost was competitive, and the system has changed my entire perspective of my home. If you are considering the investment in your home, this is the one that is well worth it. I have hot water radiator heat and Alber found the solution to add AC without tearing open the walls to add ducting. Earle, the technician, was very knowledgeable, professional, clean, and courteous. I could not of asked for a better product nor a better experience! I highly recommend Alber Service Company! Thank you Alber!!!!!
