I had the pleasure to work with Nick L and Kevin H and they were outstanding! Not only were they professional they were rapid workers! They completed a difficult job for me same day, a task other companies denied due to the construction involved. Very grateful these guys were able to get the work done and hope they get recognized for their outstanding performance!

I called Gold Medal for a clogged sink and can attest to their terrible customer service, expensive pricing, and technicians that have no clue what they're doing.

At first they didn't show up at the scheduled appointment and left a message that they were too busy and will come the following day. The next day we had a tech show up with a regular drain snake that I have at home and already tried myself, he tried too for a few minutes before giving up, told us to try Drano and said that a more experienced tech will come later in the week. Two days later another tech came in, said we should never use Drano because it damages the pipes, tried again to unclog with a drain snake unsuccessfully, and said again that a more experienced tech will be scheduled for the following day.

The next day the tech didn't show up at the scheduled appointment because they were too busy again and they rescheduled after I called twice. So finally, the expert technician shows up, we watch him sit in his truck in the driveway playing on his phone, and then the dispatcher calls me that their technician is leaving because no one is opening the door. We told him that the tech hasn't left his truck, so he called the tech who finally came in, tried again with a drain snake unsuccessfully, cut open the sheetrock on the wall, looked at the pipes, and said that they can't help because there's something wrong with how the pluming was done for the house. Nevertheless, they still charge for all these visits and it would be $800!!! After negotiating that the problem wasn't solved, they agreed to a "discount" and charged me $350.

At this point we called another company "On Time Sewer" who sent a technician within two hours, great customer service, connected a high pressure drain cleaner, unclogged the pipe within a few minutes and charged only $150.

Save yourself the time, money, and hassle, and don't use Gold Medal.

We worked with Kyle Williams. He was professional, super friendly, and clearly well-versed in all things A/C. He fixed our issue the day I called for service. Super pleased.

Where do I start with the sales man the First follow up from office price not giving me what I was told nothing in writing and shady work. I could go on and on.

Appreciated the level of expertise and knowledge from Ed, Rob and Jude. Ed came by first and acknowledged his colleague Rob would know heating pump systems better. Sure enough, Rob and Jude came by later and was able to address the issues. So glad to have this all fixed after dealing with many other technicians over the last 5 months!

I am a repeat customer of Gold Medal and did not hesitate to call them for assistance when our home was having issues with water pressure. I was quickly scheduled for an appointment. Glenn showed up in a timely manner and immediately diagnosed the problems we were experiencing. He also coordinated with the township utilities department so he could begin his work. Once he began, he worked quickly and efficiently to complete the work. I am very impressed and can highly recommend both Gold Medal and Glenn without reservation.

This whole process went amazing, from the very beginning when I got my estimate from Jack R. I got a great estimate with installing a Lennox Heat Pump. The total job was removing an older A/C compressor and older air handler and replace it with a new Lennox Heat Pump, along with replacing the line set and coolant. The installation went great. They were on time, respectful of my home and family. They explained everything as they were installing. I've been using it for over a week and couldn't be happier.

We had our shower drain clogged and our tech did a great job cleaning the drain. He was on time and professional. Pricing was fixed at a set rate so there were no surprises. Would highly recommend

I've had Gold Medal installed two furnaces and AC in my house over the past 2 years and even though they were kind of pricey but the job was always done right and quickly.
This time I needed a routine maintenance for my whole house generator, so I requested the appointment and took some time off to meet the technician.
He arrived on time but I was shocked to hear from him that ROUTINE GENERATOR MAINTENANCE CALL WAS $730 !!!
I should've sent the technician back but he was here already and I took some time off so I decided to go ahead anyway.
He did a great job, explained to me everything and was done in less than an hour.
I suppose it was my mistake to agree to this OUTRAGEOUS charge, but I learned my lesson-never again!

The Gold Medal technician, Luis Diaz, installed a new 75 gallon boiler and a new water softener very professionally. Great work. I have been a Gold Medal client for over 20 years. They do a very professional job and is worry free. Strongly recommend.
