Was quoted nearly double for a new hvac system as compared to 2 other businesses in my area. Common tricks like “if you get it done tomorrow we can give you a big discount”. The discounted price would still be more than the competitors by several thousand dollars. The salesman left me absolutely nothing that had any product or proposal information. Everything about this company is bad news.

The technician Steve, who first arrived, was very professional and extremely helpful. He immediately identified what he thought the problem was, and called to have another technician come out later in the day. Luis arrived shortly after and corrected the problem. I could have spent hundreds of dollars if not for the honesty and professionalism of these technicians. Highly recommend!!

I knew I needed a new heating and AC system in my home and reached out to multiple companies for quotes and summary of services. I was matched up via Costco to Gold Medal, and they had a strong sales presentation where they focused on service. As part of this, they said that unlike other vendors, they will sort out the entire process of town permits and the such. Previous to me signing with Gold Medal, the salesperson Timothy Mulligan was extremely responsive and helpful with all queries. This level of service plus the fact that this was signed via Costco gave me the confidence to go with Gold Medal despite their pricing being higher than the 3 other quotes that I had. Installation was great, and is why I'm giving them 2 stars. Unfortunately when it comes to the permit process, they did nothing. I called my township and they had received nothing from Gold Medal (despite work having happened 3 months ago). I reached out to my salesperson at least 5 times now, with zero response. Opened a service ticket with the company for this, and was told it was going to be escalated, but still have heard nothing. I think my only recourse now is to find the right number at Costco to get some help here. The level of service here is extremely frustrating.

The Gold medal Team did a fantastic job right from the beginning. Tim, our sales representative was very knowledgeable and presented the options without being pushy or trying to sell us anything. Simply presented the information and let us make our decision on what would work best for us.
When Param and his team came out for the install they were very professional, paid very close attention to all the details to make sure the job is done right, answered all my questions and showed me how everything worked when he was finished. I could not of asked for a better experience in this process of getting new AC for our home.
A huge thanks to everyone’s great customer service, dedication doing a good job and great job serving the customer. If you’re looking for a new air-conditioning system, I would recommend you check them out.

Costco used Gold Medal to sell and install Lennox. Gold medal,Nicolas warren lied to me by telling they are adding so many extras. I thought I was paying more to get more. I only got more problems. I call to complain they did not even call me back to try address my problems. If they fix the problem I'll update my review.

Starting with John as the sales advisor, he was professional, took the time to explain options, and educate us. Upon deciding to select Gold Medal, Mike and Shane arrived and spent several hours installing our new AC and two new coils. It was a big job. They were great and communicative throughout the entire process. We couldn't be happier!

From the initial call to the tech’s, (Dan) visit, they were courteous, prompt and professional. My water heater was not working. I was told by another plumbing company that the pilot needed replacing. Dan took one look and found that the I had tripped the vapor button. 🙄 In one minute Dan had my hot water heater working again. I very much appreciate his honesty and professionalism, its a rare quality today. Because of Dan’s honesty, I will use Gold Metal Service in Westood for all my plumbing needs from here on in... Thanks Dan!!! 😎

Edit and updated 9/27/21 - I had been a loyal and very happy customer for several years (Tankless water heating system installation, whole house water filtration system installation, several Nest Outdoor camera installations, toilet bowl replacement, indoor water fixture replacements, outdoor spigot replacements) but this business has drastically gone downhill. I recently scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance, took the time off to be at home to meet the service and on the day of the appointment they leave a message at the last minute to "reschedule".
I called them back (the wait times have drastically increased too) & couldn't get any explanation of why my meeting was cancelled nor anyone that could at least find someone else to come and fulfill the agreed upon service. In the past it was extremely easy to speak with someone for scheduling but now it seems you can't speak to anyone that can actually resolve anything (I spoke to 3 different people) without their phone reps putting in a "request to have a manager call you back later".
This company is expensive which I was totally happy with because in the past they always had given great, high-quality professional service that equaled their costs but this seems to be the case no longer. Based off how they are currently operating I have to advise this company now has HORRIBLE, UNDEPENDABLE SERVICE.
This is frustrating as they were my go-to company for plumbing and electrical work for our home but I guess maybe they changed management or owners.

Excellent service. They're not cheap but the cost is absolutely well worth their professionalism and excellent workmanship. I like that they are honest about the various levels of repair that they can and will attempt to do based upon the job parameters and costs if you need something fixed.
They also installed our whole-house water filtration system and we love it. The water tastes much better and feels great when showering and hand washing. Over the years we've also used them to install a tankless water heater, a couple of faucets, replace a toilet, fix a leak, and add wiring and install multiple security cameras. In all these cases the work was excellent.
They have excellent warranty guarantees too which offer peace of mind so it's clearly a case of you "get what you pay for". The prices might seem high but their professionalism and the excellent warranty they offer is commensurate with their prices. Before we found Gold Medal it was frustrating finding and hiring consistent, dependable, reasonably available, good plumbing & electrical service but now we know we can depend on this company. The folks they send out are always really nice and respectful too.

My furnace went bad and my home was cold. I was in dire straits until Shane and Mike from Gold Medal Services arrived to my home.
They are very professional and took time to answer my many questions and concerns.
I was very impressed by the way they worked as a "Team" with co-ordinated efforts, movements and communication regarding personal safety to install the furnace in the upper level of my home.
I would highly recommend Shane and Mike to do your installations.
They both communicated well with me as the customer and as highly skilled professionals.
