The guys were great! Every one was kind and very knowledgeable especially Merritt. He really knows what he is talking about. I had a total overhaul on my basement water problem. I had a new sump line put in and sump pump n basin crock. I noticed a difference the first day after getting the line put in. Then after getting new sump system basement is finally drying out!!! Very pleased so far. 😀

Drain line from sump pump to town storm water system was clogged and broken. Justin estimated the job and, with the assistance of Bryan on the Bobcat and Ricky Martinez doing the inside work that was required, the team completed the repair quickly and completely. They did everything that was required to correct the issue, installed a new drain line to replace the broken section, rerouted the existing line from the sump pump to the new inlet and completely cleaned up the job site. I couldn't be happier with their level of professionalism and competence. Outstanding service, friendly personnel, they kept me informed every step of the way through this entire project. While Ricky was working inside, he spotted a problem in the drain from the kitchen sink to the waste water system, proposed a solution, estimated the project at a price I consider fair and reasonable. He followed up the next day, installing an improved line that was bigger than the original. This was a separate project and the estimate for the job was exactly what was charged. I even got a veterans discount for both projects! I highly recommend American Plumbing and HVAC for the service they provide, the quality of the products they use, and the highly skilled and friendly staff. I look forward to dealing with them in the future.

Had a leaky pipe that wound up being a significantly bigger deal than I thought. Estimate on a holiday weekend was very fair and the company was responsive with a plumber out within an hour of my call. He was very professional, talented, and handled everything quickly.

Cisco came over the house prompt, like said. He did a wonderful job fixing our sink. He was very professional and quick. Would do business again.

Monroe County Water Authority required a backflow on my secondary sump pump. Eric was quick to review the images I emailed him responding with a fair and reasonable estimate. I then requested he look at my primary sump pump to determine why I was replacing the sump pump annually. The quote again was fair and reasonable. Carla called to schedule the work and she was so friendly and helpful! Cisco came out to our home to complete the repairs. He was very personable and friendly. I felt very comfortable with him in our home. The job took longer than they had expected, but in no way did they rush the job. It was done professionally and thorough. I will definitely use American Plumbing again.

Our hot water tank failed overnight. I called a friend and asked him who I should call, and he told me to call American plumbing, so I immediately called them. The service crew actually showed up ahead of schedule. They were extremely polite and professional. They removed the old hot water heater and installed a new one right away. Their work is very professional and the attention to quality is second to none. The work was done at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend these folks. They have all of my business moving forward.

American plumbing was able to send someone out to fix a leak from our bathroom on a Saturday when no one else would. Merritt arrived on time, was able to quickly identify and fix our problem. He was fast, courteous and knowledgeable. We would recommend and use American Plumbing again.

Cisco arrived promptly at noon (window was 12:00 - 2:00). Work was assessed and price quoted before starting the job. Work was done very efficiently and within an hour water leak was fixed.
