We were in need of a new boiler, I called around and had a lot of estimates done most places wanted to convince us to change everything but American Plumbing Heating and Cooling were honest upfront and gave us a reasonable price for what we needed and wanted for our home. The staff is very professional, prompt courteous right on down from the boss to the people who answer the phone. We had some major repairs happen during the install from broken pipes to new registers, the technicians did it all without hesitation. They knew what to do and how to do it with minimal mess and less stress for us. Real people doing great work. I would and will definitely recommend to friends and family American Plumbing Heating and Cooling. I will be calling American for all our future needs. Thanks for the exceptional service!

We had a sewer backup, discovered later in the day— so this was an emergency issue. We were given a 2 hour window and they arrived early in that 2 hour timeframe. They sent a text with the name and photo of the employee who was coming - what a great way to keep the customer and their employees safe in the current world climate, Cisco Ortiz. Cisco was professional, personable and knowledgeable. He resolved our issue and got our home back to functioning and advised on next steps to avoid future backups or damage. Great company. I would definitely recommend them!

I was absolutely impressed with not only the quality, professionalism and pleasantness of the two gentlemen, Eric and Nicholas, who were extremely knowledgeable about the problem with a non-draining 100-year-old bathtub! Everything they needed to do was completely explained before and after and tub is now draining fine. I'm definitely very pleased that I I chose American Plumbing and will certainly contact them for any future needs and will not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Installed a new gasoline for a portable generator. Very professional and easy to work with. Very responsive and efficient. Would highly recommend their services and will keep them in mind if needed for the future.

A little late but haven’t forgotten. Had a pipe leak mid December which was going into the basement. I discovered it around 9pm. Called up and the owner who was extremely professional and polite. He sent one of his employees (Cisco) over who arrived promptly. Cisco was super friendly and honest the entire time. He took the time to explain everything and was able to find and fix the problem very quickly. I would highly recommend as I could not have been more pleased with the service!!!

We came home from vacation to our bathroom and kitchen sink clogged. American Plumbing saved the day. First we spoke with Mike late at night when we discovered the issue. He gave us great information quickly and efficiently! We decided it could wait until business hours, so Mike put us on the schedule for first thing the next day. Nick came out first thing in the morning and provided the service. He was very informative and got the job done very quickly! We could not be happier with the service!

I live the work that American Plumbing Heating and Cooling have done at my house. I had them here for multiple items from Sewer Line Replacement to now Installing HVAC System. All the guys are friendly and are very helpful in explaining all to me. If I ever need anything else done then American Plumbing Heating Cooling is the company I will use.
