Service rep was very informative, polite and knew what he was doing. He is a big asset to the company and a pleasure to deal with.

Replaced my sump faulty sump pump. The second time repaired a leaky drain pipe under faucet. Cusco was very good. And did not get upset when i anasked questions

Was quoted almost $1400 to fix a small piece of copper that cracked behind a shower assembly and to install a new one. I obviously knew the price was outlandish and luckily had the service fee waived. Had the job done 2 days later for $695 by Gillman Plumbing of Rochester NY. Price differences are to be expected but when another plumbing company does it for half the cost (literally $700 less!!!) you are obviously being taken advantage of.

On the bottom of this review you can see my first review with them and as you can see on the bottom I had nothing but kind words about them but I called them back to have them service and they claim they came a few times and I wasn't home which was a lie and that i denied service with them. Of course I could not afford them at the time. So now they deny me service as time went by. This company has become no good. I do not suggest this company to no one anymore. Times have changed and so has the company my first review was

The entire customer experience was amazing from start to finish. The staff was very well trained and knowledgeable with their products and installation requirements. They didn't try to push us into buying a thankless system like other businesses in the area had done. Instead they helped us make a choice that best fit our family's needs and budget. They were courteous and friendly, making sure they left very minimal mess behind and communicated with me along the way. I'm very pleased and will definitely be using them again for all of our plumbing, heating & cooling needs.

Amazing company and employees! They were out here the same day I called in right after a snowstorm within an hour. Mike was knowledgeable and great to work with! Would highly recommend!

We experienced a plumbing disaster on a snowy Saturday evening, 2 hrs before a Bills game. We called multiple plumbers, but only American Plumbing Heating and Cooling was able to send out a Tech in a couple of hours. Michael was professional, personable and efficient, and all the work was done before kickoff! Will definitely use and recommend American Plumbing Heating and Cooling to anyone who needs a plumber.
