ÀFTER DEALING WITH 2 OTHER HEATING COMPANIES, WE FINALLY CONTACTED EMPIRE. THEY GAVE US A FAIR ESTIMATE AND DID THE WORK PROMPTLY AND WELL. WE WILL USE THIS VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY IN THE FUTURE.

We had our chimney repaired and new hot water heater installed at the same time. The crew was on time, courteous and did quality work at a reasonable price. As they were buttoning up their job they said that if we were ever interested in a new sidewalk to give them a call. I told them I was interested now and 2 days later I had a new sidewalk and it changed the whole look of the front of our house. Leo came back 2 weeks later and put in a brand new flue in our fireplace and now we are good to go with a working fireplace for the upcoming winter season. Super happy with the company, Leo and the crew. Would certainly recommend them and looking forward to working with them on a maintenance schedule.

Cold calling people to drum up sales with a message looking to "confirm" an appointment for HVAC cleaning. Not cool guys, not cool.

Second time Dan has been our technician over the past 2 years for c/c combo. Excellent service and communication. Clearly explained what was done and his insights on future needs. Great asset.

Been a customer for over 20 years. They have never tried to over-sell or over price. They're always efficient, friendly, no-nonsense with needed repairs/replacements and give excellent advice for keeping things problem free as possible. When issues do arise, the maintenance contract is worth every dollar. Again, honest, no-nonsense business. Makes the world a bit friendlier these days. Thank you, Empire!!

Empire Heating is a wonderful company that I luckily got to know in the last month. Maurice, Chris and Dan have been great. Besides being extremely knowledgeable they are very personable. They just installed a new furnace in my home and 2 hot water boilers in a property I own. In all instances, they completed the jobs efficiently, quickly and left the areas clean. I highly recommend Empire for any heating problem you may have, whether residential or commercial. It was nice to make contact with a reasonable and honest company that you can rely on to be there when needed.

This is the best company to work with. It started by Dan coming to do an inspection for my house closing. He was terrific. Once I moved, Dan came again and brought us apples from his farm. He was so easy to talk with. Through our conversation I learned that empire does most anything. We had our furnace replaced and extensive electrical work done. The following season they came and did a free furnace and air conditioning cleaning. Another great staff person came. We recently had trouble with the electric. We called Empire. Chris came and spent hours trying to find the problem but we needed a master electrician. Carl, the master at Empire came to the rescue. Another amazing staff person. Within an hour he and his sons were able to locate the problem. Kelly from the office is a delight to talk to. She even sent me names of people to contact for garage doors. I have had much work done by Empire in the last 3 years. They have yet to disappoint. I feel like part of their family like team. Thank you so much. Don't hesitate to call. They will not disappoint.

I had a "self inflicted" emergency yesterday and Bob came to help me get my furnace working again. He was great and he also contacted Maurice who came to give me an estimate on my hot water heater needs. Both men came the same day and were very respectful and knowledgable. I have used Empire Heating and Cooling for a few years for maintenance and now for an emergency and I highly recommend them!! I am so grateful for their commitment to and caring way they treat their customers. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

My furnace went out on Thursday and I called to have it serviced. A repairman came out on Friday and provided excellent service. I ended up needing a new furnace. It was installed on Monday.

Empire has always provided great service. I recommend them 100%!

Just had the second furnace installed in my home by Tim and Dylan. I have an in law apartment which has a separate furnace from the main house. The main furnace quit back in January and Tim came out that day to look at what was wrong. He was back the next day to put in the new one. They did an excellent job from showing up on time to explaining the way the new furnaces operate to cleanup after the installation was complete. The owner showed up onsite for both installs to see if I was satisfied with the jobs. Dealing with Empire has been as easy as it could possibly be. I also had them check over my AC unit as well and all is good! I highly recommend them, and hope Tim and Dylan are available for any other needs I may have!
