The Comfort Guru Heating and Cooling

Replaced complete HVAC unit that was installed in 1996. They did slight modification to duct system. The job was completed on time, company did everything they said they were going to do and MORE. I recommend, they will not disappoint.

I'm a first time home buyer, and didn't have any knowledge about HVACS, but I knew something was wrong with mine. So I called Comfort Guru, and they came over, checked my unit, and informed me that I would have to get a replacement unit. They offered to beat any other prices! The installers Russ and Anthony did an amazing job at installing my new unit, I couldn't have been any happier with their service. They also left my basement cleaner than it was before! I 100% recommend Comfort Guru for any problems you may have with heating and cooling!

We purchased an older home which unfortunately had no air conditioning and one monitor heater as the primary heating source. We contracted several local companies and requested estimates. Aaron was personable and professional. He didn't pressure us to make a decision. After considering all the estimates we decided to go with Comfort Gurus. They had a team in place the same week. What a wonderful experience! It started with my phone call to the company regarding a quote for a heat pump. Sueanne was extremely friendly on the telephone and was promptly able to get me a time for Aaron to come out. He was on time and very friendly. He answered all of my questions and made sure he quoted us multiple units (good, better, best) as well as made sure our unit was sized appropriately for the capacity function upstairs. Timely installation with knowledgeable crew who were very cleanly and appropriate in our space (they had to go inside and out, upstairs and down). They left no trace. They were in contact with us every step of the way including inspection following installation. As tedious as it was trying to find the appropriate company, after getting multiple quotes, they were the right choice and I would use them again. They have a great service plan as well. Besides having to wait quite a long time bc of parts being back-ordered (no fault of theirs) we had a fantastic experience with Comfort Guru. Our 19 year old AC unit had a major leak in it and we decided to go ahead with a full replacement. Russell and Anthony were very professional and thorough with the installation and did a great job. After 4+ weeks with no AC, this super cold air is a luxury we won’t soon take for granted!
