The Comfort Guru Heating and Cooling

From my first conversation with Sue- Anne to the final installation, we had a great experience! Our A/C broke just before July 4 weekend. I called Comfort Guru because they had been highly recommended, and we had a new and improved system up and running within a week. Ours was not an easy install - they had to remove the old system and cut through siding to find and replace the coolant line - but they stayed as long as it took to get it done! We will continue to use them for service. Thank you to those who recommended Comfort Guru - we pass along our highest recommendation as well!

It was such a pleasure working with the folks at The Comfort Guru. They performed a complete replacement of our heating and air conditioning system with a high efficiency system plus added a new zone. The team did an amazing job. They were prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, professional, clean, and always courteous. Russell and Anthony were respectful of our home and worked tirelessly until the job was finished. We were extremely pleased with the process from start to finish!

I had one of the best experiences I have ever had with a service provider. Aaron and his team at The Comfort Guru showed up on time and were able diagnose our many varied HVAC problems. As it turns out, one of my systems was leaking Carbon Monoxide (CO) which Aaron was able to catch. This attention to detail ultimately prevented my family from getting sick or worse. Aaron and his team of installers (Russell and Anthony) did a fantastic job of installing two new AC/heat units, along with two new thermostats. Russell and Anthony were super-professional and adhered to our rules about Covid (they put up plastic barriers to work, wore masks, etc.) I should also mention that I priced out this work with two other providers, who were WAY more expensive and not nearly as nice or attentive. I usually don't review companies, but I felt the need to let the public know about this particular experience. Thanks again for all the hard work guys!

I highly recommend this company. Aaron installed my heat pump and just completed a summer tune up. He was very knowledgeable, professional, easy to talk with, willing to answer all of my questions and he was on time. Aaron and his wife handled a warranty issue that I was not even aware of. His wife is super nice and she returns phone calls the same day. It is a blessing to have peace of mind and confidence in a company and the employees.

I cannot recommend this company enough.. The contractor who built this house used Aaron and his company to install the Unit here. I called the contractor repeatedly because I was having an issue with the AC.. I was having an extremely hard time getting anywhere with the contactor but was able to find someone in the company who immediately let Aaron know what was going on.. As soon as Aaron found out that there was a problem with this unit he himself showed up to take care of it. He called me personally he came over several times and made sure it was taken care of quickly. Then he continued calling and checking in after he installed the malfunctioning part to make sure it was working properly. I'm building a new house and we'll definitely be using Aaron and the Comfort Guru to install my new systems. I have never had anyone who was so adamant that everything be done not only correctly but as quickly as possible. I can't recommend Aaron and his company enough they are the best I've ever worked with.

We had these guys come out to replace our old system with a new one. The guys were on time, very friendly (including pets), they did an amazing job. Aaron was so nice and helpful when he came out to do our estimate. The service we received was amazing and priced good. I highly recommend them.

Aaron came over just as scheduled, diagnosed my system and was very informative about my options. No repair was needed at the time, however I would use his services again if necessary.
