The Comfort Guru Heating and Cooling

Our journey started last year when we were referred to them. Aaron was very punctual, professional, and so polite when came out to diagnosis our problem. As I was still in school at the time, we were not able to afford the repair. Between then, when I finished school, and when we were finally able to have the repairs done, not once did I feel pressured. I kept in touch to make sure the amount was the same during times I thought we would be able to have the repair done, and Sue Ann was so understanding, patient, and accommodating for us. Finally the day came, we could get the repairs done. My husband is also in the home repair industry, so impressing him is difficult. However Jacob accomplished did it. He was punctual, so professional and knowledgeable. During the repair, he was even gracious enough to show me (again) the part that was damaged. We will always recommend The Comfort Guru to anyone for heating or cooling needs.

I have known, and worked with Aaron for years, but just recently contracted him to do a heating, and air installation for me. I knew he would do a good job, but was still extremely impressed with the responsiveness, and level of expertise he, and his wife exhibited. The price was one of the fairest I have ever been given, considering what I was asking, and the time frame I gave. I am currently working with him to do another job for me, and couldn’t be more at ease with how I know the contract will go. This is the way business was done in the past, and it’s refreshing to know there are contractors out there who still do it like that!

What a life saver. I had installed a humidifier on my HVAC system, but I couldn't figure out the wiring. For a VERY reasonable price, the tech, Russell, had it diagnosed and fixed in 30 minutes!!! Very knowledgeable and a great guy! If you need help in Haywood County, call them!!! Can't thank them enough!

I do not write many reviews however I must on this occasion..
My A/C of 20 years finally died and I had 3 different companies come out and give me quotes and speak to my wife and I about our options.
When Aaron showed up I knew right then who I was doing business with.
He was very professional gave us detailed options.
Today was our install and Aaron came as well a 2 professional employees, they did the install and cleaned up the mess like clock work...
I was super happy with how this went after reading horror stories of other installers and companies.
He and the employees went above and beyond with small details on the install as well as check on me twice after they left to insure that things were working as they should..
I will use them again!

The Comfort Guru exceeded all of our expectations when we called to have him take a look at our air conditioning unit. He spent a great deal of time checking everything out and then explaining the problem to us in a patient and clearly knowledgeable way. He fixed the problem and we have not had any further issues. I have complete faith in the quality of his work and his commitment to us as customers. I will never call another HVAC company again. The Comfort Guru is beyond compare.

We recently had a new Trane heating system installed by Comfort Guru and could not be more pleased. Aaron, Sue-Anne and crew were prompt, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. Russ and Anthony performed the installation, answered all questions, thoroughly reviewed operations of the system and new thermostat, This business is highly recommended for your HVAC needs.

The owners are very involved in the business and are wonderful people! They recently installed our system for our new home and communication was amazing. We had a few hick-ups, not their fault, but they made sure to work things out until fixed. I am looking forward to working with them on PM through the years!!

I normally don’t write reviews but I have to let everyone know that Aaron is amazing. He always shows up when he says and it’s usually within a day or two of me calling. And not just for my own home but for anyone I am calling for. He’s knowledgeable, professional and dependable. I have used other companies in the past but he is definitely the only HVAC person I use now. He’s honest and won’t just charge you for unnecessary repairs. Thanks for everything Aaron!!!

The team at The Comfort Guru all did a great job with the furnace installation that was performed. It was kind of a tricky install, but they did what needed to be done, at the quoted price. The communication before, during, and after the install was also commendable.

This company has gone over and above to make sure that all our needs were met. Aaron was our specialist & he really amazed my family with the degree of care and effort he put forth. He's come to work on our heat and our air conditioning, and has come on his days off, he's come over after work, in the dark, and even outside in the blistering July heat, and never once complained or hurried through his work. He's meticulous, kind, well mannered, and always pleasant. I have recommended him to several of my family members because I trust his work as well as his price. I've never had such a great experience with a heating/cooling business and I'm very happy to have this company working for my family.
