I am thrilled with the service that I received from Alternative Aire today. The tech who came to my house, Enrique, was incredibly professional, thorough, and very kind. He explained things to me in a way that was easy to understand, made some suggestions for lowering my electric bill in the coming months, and at what point I should consider replacing my unit. He was delightful and I will definitely be a repeat customer. I can’t say enough good things about my experience.

Same day service! I called in the morning after I woke up and realized our heat was out. A technician came by at 10AM and had the system working within 30 minutes. Fantastic work!

Happy Home came to do a 'winter checkup' and claimed that our unit had a crack in it and needed to be replaced, and a specific 'part' that was under warranty, couldn't be sourced. After hyperventilating at the cost they were quoting, I called Alternative Aire. They came a few hours later and assured us that the 'crack' is actually a legitimate 'seam' that's supposed to be there. There's nothing wrong with our unit. Needless to say Alternative Aire will be getting my business!
