Was so happy to get a company, that came when they said they would. On top of that these people did such a wonderful job for us, we had them do entire HVAC system. Really liked that when they were done, they told us what everything was and how it worked. Also there was no cleaning up inside or outside after they got done.
The workers were very professional in all the work that they did. Will call on them again.

These guys were honest. They did a fantastic job but they exceeded my expectations. After the job was done and paid for I received a call to schedule their supervisor to stop by and check the system. He was here about an hour testing the air flow. Teaching me how to use the thermostat and how I can tell the temperature upstairs and downstairs. He also said it is too cold to effectively test the A.C. so he will be back in the Spring to test it. He said I did not have to worry about calling them unless I wanted to but they have it scheduled already. I don't know of anyone who provides this kind of service. I am so happy with the job they did. I would certainly highly recommend them. The girls in the office were so pleasant and promptly got me the documents I need to file with my taxes and took care of filing my rebates with PNC and Duke power. Everyone in this company works with a great deal of pride. A pleasure doing business with them.

David came to service my HVAC system. He came early, explained how I needed to take care of my system, was professional, friendly, and it was a joy doing business with him. Alternative Aire exceeded my expectations and I will be scheduling them to come again next year.

Loved this company!!! Easy to book an appointment and they have a great text messaging updating system. The technician arrive on-time, was very nice, found out what was wrong, ordered the replacement parts, and returned a few days later to fix everything. We will 100% definitely use Alternative Aire in the future!

I would highly recommend Alternative Aire for your HVAC needs. The individual I talked to when I called was very professional and answered all of my questions. They were even able to send someone out same-day! Enrique, the technician who came out, was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He called before he came and even came early, which is so rare! He fixed the issue on the spot and explained everything to my husband so he will know for the future. We will definitely be using this company again.

Martin was prompt, friendly, and thorough. I appreciated the status updates of each part of my system on the invoice. I also appreciated the text messages alerting me to arrival time and confirming the appointment. Very efficient and professional. I will use Alternative Aire again!

We seemed to have a relatively easy problem to fix with our heat pump, and our technician, Curtis, took care of it quickly and had us up and running in under an hour. He took the time to explain what was happening and showed me more than I’ve ever known about my heat pump. I’ll definitely be using them in the future for seasonal service and any fixes I might need.

After having another service recommend very expensive repairs on a routine maintenance check, we called Alternative Aire who found our system sound. The other company had just installed a filter backwards.
