From quote to installation, everyone we worked with at Ellis was professional, courteous, and on time. We had a new furnace and new AC units installed. We were pleased with the quality of products offered by Ellis. When installing, the workers had to go in and out of our home to make sure the thermostat was properly installed and hooked up with the AC and furnace units. They wore masks and shoe covers in our home. They made sure to show us how to operate the new thermostat, which was thoughtful. We plan to replace our second AC unit in a few years and we will definitely choose Ellis again.

My spouse and I needed to replace our split unit to our home and reached out to Mr. Ellis for a quote. The response was quick. We scheduled an appointment right away. Mr. Ellis came to our home on time and was very friendly and professional. He listened carefully to our concern and didn't try to sell us anything that we did not need. He was very polite and not pushy in any way. He gave us an honest, straightforward quote on the spot that was clear to understand. My spouse and I looked at two other HVAC contractors, but recognized very quickly that Ellis Heating & Air Conditioning was the way to go. Once we placed an order for the unit, it was scheduled to be installed within a few days. Neal, the technician, was one of the most polite and friendly persons we had every met. Neal and his peer worked diligently on the installation and had everything installed and working within about 6 hours. They did a very clean and neat job and left the premises in excellent condition. We LOVE this new unit. It works perfectly for us and we are very happy and pleased with Ellis Heating & Air Conditioning and highly recommend them to anyone in need of an HVAC contractor!

I had Ellis Heating & Air quote a new gas pack for my home. Jarrod Ellis made a good first impression when he came to my home to scope out the work. He was punctual, professional, and courteous. He provided a detailed scope of work with a couple of differently priced options. His quote was not the least expensive, but it was competitive.
Jarrod and his crew of Neal and Brian removed my old unit and installed the new unit in one day. The job site was cleaned up at the end of the day.
Jarrod strikes me as a conscientious and honest businessman that knows his trade and does high quality work.

Highly recommend Ellis Heating & Air!! Our system died on July 3rd and Jarrod came out on the 4th to see if he could repair. They ended up having to replace both our air conditioner and furnace for our downstairs system. They did an outstanding job! Jarrod provides us with different options, very competitive pricing and after researching, we feel confident with our decision to upgrade to a more efficient system. They were very professional on the installation, took care of the paperwork for rebates, warranty, and walked us through everything! We are so pleased that we plan to contact Jarrod when we are ready to replace our upstairs system! We wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Just had Jarrod Ellis and his team over to repair an AC issue in our home and could not be more pleased. I did my homework on researching Ellis online from several years of satisfied customers and the positive reviews are earned by the Ellis team. Brian was excellent to deal with, honest, took the time to explain the problems and come up with the best solutions based on cost, age of the system, warranty factors, etc. Came the next day after assessing the issue with the new coil and had everything working great in 3 hours flat. Amazing customer service!! We got several quotes on a new heat pump and after exhausting quoting by other companies, we were so pleased with the professionalism of Ellis. They didn’t try to sell us anything unnecessary and were so truthful about what we really needed for our home. Honest and to the point...which we really appreciated! The owner is just wonderful and so were the 3 guys that came to install our new heat pump. Everyone was so nice, professional and helpful. We couldn’t be more happy with this company and plan to use them for all of our future HVAC needs!

Tech showed up as expected and tuned up our A/C units. Seemed very professional and honest. The system cools better now and we were pleased with the work performed. In addition, I called and spoke with the owner and found him to be a no nonsense straight shooter. Would recommend Ellis heating and air.

Ellis H&A came to our house just about 24 hours after I first contacted them, during heating repair season. They were professional, very knowledgeable, and really easy to work with. Our system is a bit of a mess, and we have some work to do yet. Luckily, I won’t have to search for a provider - we’ll definitely be using Ellis and his team.
