I called for a service appointment and a technician was able to show up a few hours later. The technician was informative, knowledgeable and friendly. We have used Ellis Heating & Air Conditioning once in the past and will continue to use them for our HVAC maintenance and repairs.

Jarrod promptly helped my family out of a big pinch with our air conditioner. He even took a photograph of a repaired copper line and emailed it to me (I was at work) before he covered it up which I think is outstanding. Highly recommended!

Jarrod with Ellis heating and air is a very nice guy. I had originally called another company to clean our unit and they told us that we needed a new unit right off the bat and a freon leak which sent us into a panic. I was calling around all day trying to get second opinions as it's the hottest week of the year. Jarrod was willing to come after hours to look at our unit for us the day after and was the only one other than another company I found earlier that made the time for us. I even texted him that our other unit upstairs also stopped working and he said it was probably the compacitor (which it was). I would recommend him! If it wasn't for the other company being able to come out the same day we would have went with this service

My father has an HVAC company in Texas...dad’s handy with a phone consult; however, even for his ONLY daughter he draws the line at sending someone to North Carolina to address my heating and air emergencies 😏! For six years now I have called Ellis when issues arise and EVERY time Ellis Heating and Air are spot on with their estimates and the service is fantastic.

I've done business with Ellis Heating & Air a few times since April 2019 and every interaction I've had with this company has been fantastic. They told me back in April I would need a new HVAC before winter came because of cracks in our almost 30 year old unit. We decided to wait to see if the AC would make it through the summer, sadly it did not. I called 5 different HVAC companies to come out for quotes and recieved a wide range. We could not be happier with Jarrod and his entire team, we even love his dog! Our house is evenly cooled for the first time since we bought it and it's so nice not to have the curtains drawn in every room to keep it cool. Thank you Jarrod and your team, you guys are the best!

Outstanding service and availability. Here is why - Labor Day weekend our central A/C decides to quite upstairs with an anticipated day of 95 deg. F weather. At 8 in the morning, I am in a frenzy to find an HVAC center who is available on a 3-day weekend. I reached out two local HVAC service providers, both with very good Google reviews. But only one responded to my text message for assistance within 5 minutes - Jarrod Ellis. Within 2 hours he was at our front door ready to repair the system - on Labor Day! In less than 1 hour he diagnosed the problem, repaired, and cleaned the A/C unit to insure we would get high efficient service from our units. Very professional, polite, prompted, and did the service quickly and effectively. Highly recommended!
