Recently one morning my HVAC system suffered its first dreaded failure to cool my home since I purchased it new back in 2006. It was definitely a big surprise because it has been running all that time without ever once failing. Honestly I simply decided to Google HVAC services in my area and came across the 5 star reviews for only one company. Ellis Heating and Air conditioning, Inc. I sent them a detailed message explaining the issue I was experiencing with my HVAC system. To my complete surprise I received a super quick response from Mr. Ellis himself. He first asked me what would be a convenient time to come and take a look at it and then messaged me back that he would definitely be out to inspect my HVAC system that day in the early afternoon. To my relief he arrived at my home at the exact time that he said that he would be there. He was very polite and said that he would take a thorough look at my system and let me know what he finds. I advised him that I needed it fixed as soon as it was possible to do so. No more then minutes later cold air started coming out of all the vents again!! He came to my door and showed me that I had a faulty start capacitor for the condenser fan which he had already replaced with a brand new one. Mr. Ellis of Ellis Heating and Air conditioning, Inc. delivers super fast truly exceptional customer service. Let me simply say that he will definitely be my first choice the next time I need any HVAC service or repairs. Mr. Ellis definitely deserves his Google 5 star rating. Thank you Mr. Ellis!!

We have been using Ellis for over 4 years at our home and two rental properties. The first time I used them, Jarred was able to diagnose a problem that several other people had looked at, but were unable to figure out what was wrong much less repair. Not only did Jarred diagnose the problem, but he repaired it the same day! He does EXCELLENT work at a fair price. He also only uses replacement parts MADE IN THE U.S.A. As long as Ellis is in business they are the only commpany I will use.

Jarrod and team were very professional, friendly, efficient! Assessing the issue, getting a new unit and then taking the time to walk through how the thermostat worked, and the rebate, etc. Definitely recommend them!

I rarely give 5 star ratings. But I have zer0 complaints with Ellis HVAC. They installed an American Standard heat pump about a 1.5 years ago and have provided great service since then. I would recommend their service.

We have used Ellis Heating & Air since we moved into our home 3+ years ago. Jarrod and the team are outstanding. We don't get treated like we're just another customer as with large chains. Great service and prices.

Our AC Unit upstairs would constantly stop working. We would have to call an AC repair guy quite frequently throughout the summer to fix it. Nothing seemed to work and we were getting frustrated with the inconsistency. We decided to find someone else and Ellis Heating & Air has been consistent with their repairs and customer satisfaction!! We've only had to call them ONCE to fix our upstairs AC Unit and it's still working (note this was 2 years ago). Our downstairs AC Unit quit working and it is still working to this day. They have become our permanent go to AC Repair Company! Highly recommend!!

A local gem. I have used a variety of HVAC but I have found the best! These guys are professional, friendly and most importantly, they are honest. I had a team come out two days in a row-both times they were prompt. They helped me with a HVAC issue promptly. Due to their professionalism and making the entire experience of HVAC repairs palitable, I signed up for a maintence package.

Our heat stopped working during an almost freezing day, they were able to get someone to our house within an hour of making our call. Very professional and were able to get our heat going again and give me a run down of what happened. Highly recommend for any heating and air problems you may have!
