Air Central of the Carolinas

Would not recommend this company. My wife and I had our whole HVAC system replaced and when installed the zones were totally incorrect. We had to make 3 service calls before a technician figured out what the problem was. Subsequently our unit completely quit working and when we called our system was under warranty yet they had the audacity to charge us $230 because the drainage line wasn't "replaced". If someone has everything replaced you would expect everything to be replaced. Only use them if you know about HVAC units and understand what they are telling you. Otherwise get your wallet out.

Air Central team are true professionals. Chose them for new system last April and will I was not disappointed. Installers were awesome and service after the sale has been excellent

After searching around, I chose Air Central to do my new build HVAC installation. Everyone that came out was very professional and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the new system and feel that I got much better service than the bigger companies in the area.

Air Central of the Carolinas did my spring maintenance last week. Kevin was my technician. He has been to my house a couple times in the past and is always very professional, takes care to put shoe covers on before coming in the house and is very personable. The office always gives me a time window of when they will be here and then a phone call when the technician is on the way. They have always been on time. I would highly recommend Air Central and especially Kevin.

Air Central replaced our HVAC with a Platinum Series American Standard system. They did an outstanding job and were professional every step of the way. The new HVAC system is amazing as well. Our home has never been this comfortable.

I called on the weekend and the phone number was answered by I believe was an answering service. After gathering my info and concerns, informed me that someone would be in contact shortly.
Sure enough I was called back within 20 minutes that I was on the list and would be contacting me Monday morning. About 0900 on Monday I aas informed that a tech would be in the area that day and I was given a window in the afternoon.
I requested a more specific time for Tuesday and was given a 1200-1400 slot as an appointment.
Tuesday approximately 1130 I received a call from the dispatcher that a technician could be there shortly after noon if that was OK. Rick arrived at 1210 ready and happy to resolve our issue.
Shortly thereafter he explained everything, gave his recommendation, fixed the unit and we were all set. The upstairs is already close to temp.
We are extremely satisfied with every step of this whole endeavor.
I will not hesitate to call on this company for all HVAC needs!

We have used Air Central for many years and always have prompt, professional service. They have replaced both our units over the past 15 years as well as serviced them twice a year. Would recommend to anyone. They are the best!!

Excellent work. The service representative was very diligent, explained the work and addressed all of our concerns. We have used Air Central, exclusively, for over 18 year for all of our HVAC needs and we have never been disappointed. It would be difficult to find a more fair and honest service company in the area.

Air Central of the Carolinas just completed a repair of the AC drain. The technician was thorough and complete in his work. A sensor was installed to provide advanced notification of issues in the future. I appreciate Air Central solving the problem and providing a solution that prevents the issue and any damage happening again.
