Air Central of the Carolinas

I have been using Air Central of the Carolinas for 4 years. As a homeowner for almost 30 years, I can definitively say that the best company I have ever used is Air Central. They have listen to all of my concerns and addressed every one. Their technicians are always on time and courteous, and I love that it is a family-owned business. They are knowledgeable and always ready to tackle any issue we have had. I highly recommend Air Central of the Carolinas. We have had them do repair work, regular maintenance, and install a new HVAC system. We had toxic mold in our home, and Air Central is the only HVAC company I have found who understand the issues surrounding toxic mold removal and were able to support our family during the remediation process (along with a remediation company).

Office staff was great for scheduling and technician was on time, extremely thorough and extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Kevin was super helpful & explained the diagnosis & repair of our A C unit. He showed me the part & explained the charges completely. Before leaving, he asked if we had any other questions and said to call if we needed anything else.

Really impressed. Gave the company a call and a brief explanation of the problem, received a call back promptly informing me a technician was en route, and Darren arrived exceptionally quickly and had diagnosed the air conditioning unit fault and fixed it in no time. Was professional yet also friendly. Would absolutely recommend to others in the area with similar issues.

We bought this house recently and the previous owner had apparently not had it serviced for years. Condenser was very dirty. Technician checked and cleaned everything. He even checked that all ducting in the crawl space was attached securely. Came out the day after we called even though we are not on a service contract. Yet.

Great family run business that is always there to help. They have installed new HVAC systems for me and performed maintenance as well. Kevin completed maintenance on my HVAC system and was very professional and answered all my questions. Great service, friendly staff, great price! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a high quality HVAC company.

Air Central was wonderful. They searched for a key heat pump part and received it overnight. Brett, the tech did an outstanding job. We are extremely pleased with the service that Air Central provided.

Air Central installed our new downstairs system last year & a new upstairs system this year. We are very pleased with them. The cost quoted was fair, and the equipment installed was of excellent quality. I found out about them when I was talking to an HVAC Engineer I worked with. He told me they were the only HVAC company he'd use for his house & business. I have to agree. I've found Air Central of the Carolinas to be quite professional & honest. I highly recommend them.
