Kevin w/ Air Central did a great job inspecting the current condition of the unit, assessing the cause, then executing the repair. Even though the unit is 32 years old, Kevin hand the knowledge and parts to fix it without any hesitation.

Front end communication from Ops support was exceptional as well. As a project manager i felt this team was efficient, effective, and resourceful.

Use for my annual maintenance and have always found the company to be fair and honest . Would highly recommend! When I previously did have to replace my AC their quote came in thousands below Morris Jenkins and saved me a ton of $

Air Central of the Carolinas helped design and upgrade the system I had in my 20+ year old house. They made it much more efficent, but at the same time extremely more comfortable. The technicians are always friendly and the response to situations is immediate.

My heat pump was not working properly. The auxiliary heat was on constantly and would only heat up to 62°. I had someone come and look at it and they said it was OK. Brett your service man wasn’t here 10 minutes before he could tell me that the compressor was not running. He tested and diagnosed zero Freon and a leak in the coil. Within three hours I had heat running in my house again. I am so grateful for his experience and ability to fix my system. You are blessed to have this man work for you. I just wish that the heat pump which I bought from you would’ve lasted more than eight years without problems of this nature.

Always professional. Excellent service and friendly. Their technicians are NOT on commission like many of the big HVAC firms, so they aren’t pushing service work I don’t need.
