Thomas Adom came to our house and serviced our furnace. He was very efficient in his work and gave a detailed explanation of the status of our furnace after finishing his work. Also, he was really good about letting us know when he’d be here and showing up on time. Really appreciated this good service!!

We purchased a home that was still under a maintenance agreement with Stevenson's. We have had them out for a spring check up and a fall check up. On both occasions the technicians were on time and did a great job getting us ready for the season. Most recently we had Thomas out to service our Humidifier, which ended up needing replaced. Thomas along with Ali did the installation and did a great job. They were professional, polite, and made sure everything was cleaned up and removed all of the trash when they left. Definitely will keep using them!!

I've used Stevenson Service Experts for over 15 years and they've always done a great job. We have them come out for annual maintenance to make sure everything is in working order. Our technician this time was Joe Violet. He was knowledgeable, very helpful & friendly. He looked the system over and let us know that everything was in great shape for the year. Ali just visited to complete our AC/heat check and I was extremely late, had missed his calls because my ringer was turned off, and had generally messed up his day. He was still willing to come in and was most kind, pleasant, and personable. He spoke directly to me and not down to me (something I find rare in service people sometimes, I don't know if it's because I'm a woman or what) and made friendly conversation while still being professional.

Chad Music, Field Manager at Stevenson, repaired the filter on our leaking furnace humidifier. He was terrific! He was prompt, friendly and quick to diagnose and repair the issue. We are long time Stevenson customers and are very appreciative of the excellent service we experienced today!

The Service Tech, Thomas Adom, was so professional and worked quickly to figure out what was wrong with our air conditioning. He explained everything and showed us how the unit was fixed. We were very happy with the service. Also, the receptionist on the phone scheduling appointments was great and offered some advice to manage our AC issue until the tech could make it out. Thank you!

My parents have had Service Experts for years. When we bought our home we naturally went with them as well. We don't regret it. They're very professional and we bought our new furnace and A/C with them when ours went out. The techinician Thomas has been our technician several times and he has been very professional every time.

A tech from Service Experts came to do some annual maintenance on my heating system. I also had them give me a quote for a new humidifier. The tech found some issues with the furnace, so we got a second opinion from another HVAC company. It turns out nothing was wrong with the furnace and the new tech said it looked like the Service Experts tech had tried to wrap electrical tape around the heating inducer to get the unit to overheat and die on us. Not great.

Service Experts also quoted almost $1200 for a humidifier repair, which Sears confirmed should be $300-600 with labor, which we already knew and gave us huge red flags right off the bat. Dodged a huge bullet!
