Scott Carter came out and fixed our AC on a hot day, and provided advice about servicing in the future. I appreciated his thoroughness and the time he took to educate me about our HVAC system!

Today we have a very nice tech by the name of Tanner Gary. He performed AC system maintenance. He was very friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. I would really like to have him back for our heating system maintenance. Thank you Tanner.

Once again can’t say enough about Tracey! He is THE BEST service technician-please do whatever it takes to keep him, don’t let him ever leave! He is EXACTLY what people are looking for in a good Service Technician-he CARES, makes thoughtful recommendations, and is exceptionally thorough (makes sure to resolve an issue and follows up with his customers). Also Danielle who answers phones is PHENOMENAL! I’ll be honest, I was losing faith in Stevensons after several very bad experiences with the company-which told me that no one was monitoring the business, or cared about the customer, it was on autopilot. Note to Stevensons Leadership: Tracey and Danielle are two people you should build your business around! These two have renewed my faith in your service. They CARE about the customer and know what they are doing! Talk to them, promote them, reward them, do whatever it takes to keep them and empower them to help build how you operate-because they are doing it perfectly!!! They are the reason I am still a customer!

Tracey was an extremely knowledgeable and informative professional. Also, his call ahead and use of booties (without my request) were most appreciated. I will use Stevenson for all my AC and heating services.

I called the day before to schedule for 8am to 10am next day. Nobody showed up called to see if they were coming they said 30 minutes. Still no one showed up. Then called and someone stated they called and lm. I had no messages or missed calls. They said after 11am. They were nice and pleasant on the phone but just not reliable. Took time out of work. They finally got here and they said that they dont do the work that I requested over the phone and that there was another technician that needed to come out. They gave me a “free” initial appointment but they sent the wrong person. Then i had to reschedule for another day and time and that is going to cost me the $90 quote fee. So seemed misleading. I spoke to a neighbor about the situation and as soon as i mentioned the name, they instantly said dont do buiness with them. My female neighbor had been quoted needing a 5k part because of carbon monoxide leaking into her unit. She had got another company to come out the next day and said that was not true. She had no issues with carbon monoxide. I own several investment properties and deal with my fair share of technicians. This outfit was just unrealiable.

Darian and Shane were amazing! They came out on a Saturday to install a new HVAC and AC unit. They spent their entire Saturday here just so we could have some heat! Would 100% recommend them and their services :)

Amazing service! First day in my new house, had my furnace inspected - it's leaking carbon monoxide! These guys found the problem, installed the new system very quickly, and were incredibly helpful, working with my schedule and even working with me on the price! Incredibly nice people and very professional, would rate more than 5 stars if I could! Justin N, Trent L, and Thanh D were wonderful!

Decided to replace our 20+ yr old AC unit. Lucas & Thanh showed up on time in the morning. They were finished & cleaned up by the early afternoon. Nice work guys.

Tracey worked on our AC today. He was did a great job and seems like a very genuine and trustworthy guy. Would 100% work with him again!
