I called last night about a lingering odor which had my fiancé and I concerned about a potential leak in our AC unit. DJ, the technician, was out by 8am this morning. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Talked me through everything he did and left me feeling well informed with the whole process. I highly recommend this company and appreciate DJ for being the man!

Overall great experience with this company. Would give 5 stars but the price to replace an inducer motor (HVAC) that took around 20 min (diagnostic and replacement) at near $1,000 is/seems expensive to me. Great customer service, quick help and got the job done. Will probably use them again for future maintenance/repairs. Would give 4.5 stars if able. The techs were very nice and did a great job. They were honest and polite. Recommend this company for HVAC repair.

Very reasonable rates for emergency (weekend) servicing of my furnace. Restored service (flushed air from gas line) without trying to charge me for replacement parts unnecessarily. Would definitely recommend.

Evan was great and very informative! He provided us with a detailed explanation of what was going on with our furnace and how to proceed with any repairs that needed to happen. We will definitely be using them in the future for all our inspections and repairs.

We are very pleased with our new Carrier heating and cooling system installed 3 weeks ago by Five Star. The price was fair and our new equipment is so much quieter than our previous system. A big shout out to our installation crew consisting of Jason, Ryan, and Bobby - they did a great job. I recommend Five Star for sure.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received. Chris was just amazing - as he was validating all heating/cooling/exhaust systems, Chris also explained to me what it was needed for and what the red flags are that need to be watched.
I have a NEST smart thermostat that has been erroring out for a while during cold seasons and I was not able to figure out what's causing it. The Nest pro technician (which was suggested in my NEST device) could not do anything. Guess what? I got the full service for my HVAC and Nest connectivity with Hilliard-Dublin Heating & Air. I am very happy that they understand everything around new smart devices and can troubleshoot the 'efficient use' systems as well.
Thank you very much because this has been my ongoing pain and hope I got it resolved now. I will come back for annual service next year too.
