Shane and Brion’s AC and furnace installation service was great: both were professional, courteous and informative with any questions or concerns I had. They did it all in timely manner and my garage floor (needed access to the attic) was cleaner than when they came in! 5 Star Heating and Cooling... two big thumbs up for the overall experience!

I called Sunday for an appointment. The woman who answered was very nice and fortunately gave me the advice to turn my air conditioning unit off at the thermostat. Turns out this likely saved my unit. The man who serviced the unit was great. Called me to give me an estimated time and was at our home at that time. He was professional and did the job promptly. He answered all of our questions. I felt that the price was reasonable. I would use this company again!

Been using them since they Installed AC at a better price than anyone. Other companies wanted 2 and 3 times as much which I could not afford. It was 87 degrees in the house. They helped me. They come on time and take care of all heat/ac. Friendly Professional

Service under the Annual Service Agreement was completed in timely and professional manner. The Technician provided a complete and understandable explanation of his findings for both the HVAC systems. He changed filter as needed and cleaned the AC outside unit as well. Very effective and efficient. Well done.

Pooya Yousefi was excellent. He was very concerned my family was without heat for the recent and upcoming ten degree evenings. He diagnosed my system and identified the issue at half the time and cost of another company I had here a day earlier. He then found the part and drove there and back to repair my unit in the same day. Two days without heat. The other company said it would be two more. Pooya handled it in two hours. Same day service, at over half the cost of a local competitor. They were transparent about cost and expectations prior to the work.

I give my service from Carl a five star rating. He was friendly and professional, and went above and beyond the scope of the service call to ensure my air conditioner worked to the best of it's ability. He taped up the duct work and fixed the vents etc., to ensure strong air flow. The staff on the phone was friendly and helpful. Great experience!!!!

Mark was a true professional and super kind. He fixed my furnace super fast and was really friendly with my dog and even helped bring in groceries when they showed up in the middle of him testing the heat function! Great company with great employees.
