They don’t provide time frame so they expect you to wait for a 30min call ahead when they are on the way which could be anytime of the day. When they call they don’t leave a message and if they get no answer they will not show. If they can’t provide at least a 2 hour time frame they need to be showing up to the job no matter what since they are expecting their customers to wait around all day. I’m now having to reschedule for the third time after wasting my whole day waiting for a call. This is ridiculous 30min call ahead ahead is not enough time when we get no time frame. Someone like me who work in a hospital setting I have no time to be staring at my phone all day. It also would be nice if they provide a number to be looking for or they use other form of contact and actually leave a message or something. How am I suppose to know they attempted to call from a unknown number. Their number is also reporting spam.

Kevin came out and I’ve been very happy. Before meeting with him I’d been frustrated with my Warranty company and the process. He was very communicative, punctual and professional. I loved the way he explained everything to me and walked me through the process. This isn’t the first time I’ve had the pleasure of having him come out for a call. Definitely a 5 star experience. If more folks are like him everyone would have a great experience. Thanks for the time and conversation Kevin, greatly appreciated!

This company is such a joke. They were out at the end of May and looked at the system and said everything is running fine. Just recommended purchasing an entire AC/Furnace, for the low price of $8000 (after getting my Home Warranty company to pay $3000 of that cost). Reviewed my contract and it doesn’t look like, given the circumstance, the warranty company would pay a dime. Just had another friend replace a similar furnace/ac unit for $4,900 from another company and another friend gave me the number to their contractor that helped them replace their AC for just $2500. Sounds like a bunch of cooking the books to me. I digress though, as this isn’t the most pressing issue I have with this company. About three weeks after their initial visit, where they said everything was running perfectly, the line keeps freezing and shutting off the fan. Put in a work order through my warranty company on Friday and was not charged as it was considered a recall, and was told they’d be in touch to schedule service within 24 hours. Got a call Saturday while we were out at the kids baseball game to schedule. Unfortunately missed it and when I tried to call back to schedule an hour later, they were already closed. Also received an email from the administrative assistant stating they will promptly schedule my service and that I’m considered “high priority” due to this being a recall. Sunday passes and they are closed. It’s now Monday, so I call and tell them I’m returning a call to schedule service and am told they are still waiting on scheduling to get back to them so they can call me with a date and time. Monday comes and goes without a call. Spoke to the home warranty people and they stated it looks like the appointment was set for Monday and we simply didn’t answer the phone or the door when the tech came. I work from home and have been home for days. Never received a call and never once did anyone come by to service the unit. Tuesday comes and this company simply will not answer the phone. Call the warranty company who assured us that they will be calling within 4 hours to schedule service for today. No call ever came. Call them and finally get them on the phone and they say we need to get a second opinion and that they aren’t coming out. A second opinion? We haven’t even gotten a first because you people haven’t scheduled the service. Currently on hold with the warranty company who is reviewing all the notes from both sides and is also stating how ridiculous this is and is currently speaking with management on a resolution. All the while, we are on day 5 without AC, with a 5 year old child, and another 10 year child who has asthma and autism and has started to develop a cough during this ordeal. Would never in a million years recommend this company to anyone

This review has nothing to do with our furnace or the techs who installed it; rather it has to do with communication with this company and the fact that we paid in full at the time of our installation only to find out that our check was held either by the tech himself or someone in the office for more than a month. My husband and I called multiple times to make sure our check was not lost or stolen. We were given different stories about where our check was every time we called, and we were assured on multiple occasions that our check would be processed the next day. Here we are more than a month later and I received yet again another story about the whereabouts of our check. I have called in and tried to resolve this issue multiple times. I have left messages with office staff and on the voicemail, and have not received a call back myself. Instead, after multiple messages, my husband was called and threatened with a collections lawsuit if we cancel our check. This is completely inappropriate and uncalled for. We have paid for our services and have had to contact our bank with worries of fraud since our check, with our banking account information, was held by this company for MORE THAN A MONTH! Rest assured we have contacted our home warranty company to let them know of our problems and intent to never use this company again, and surely we will not be referring any friends or family for their future needs.

Rob did a very thorough job. We were told it would likely be a 5-7 day wait due to the number of calls. We were pleasantly surprised that it was much faster.
He was very courteous and professional with my Mother. After cleaning the unit and rechecking the system he even called to verify pricing with me before adding Freon to the unit.
I appreciate his honesty and integrity. Taking care of aging parents can be overwhelming and often times not pleasant when dealing with contractors. It’s comforting to know there are still a lot of really good people. Rob also followed up with me after the service was completed!! Thank you so much Rob.

I cannot say enough good things about how we were treated by Fast Response. They got someone out quick, worked with my warranty company and got it all done in about half an hour once the tech got there. Our tech, Brooke, did a great job explaining what happened, how much it would cost, and finally doing the job right. A very easy experience. Would recommend to friends and family.

Our service technician, Kevin, based in the Cincinnati location, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He responded to an urgent furnace repair call, and immediately offered to expand the scope of analysis and clean-up services, knowing the work is subject to inspection approval. He was quick-thinking and repaired a customized blower panel safely and efficiently, all on last-minute notice. He was also a great communicator and all about quality customer service and pride in his own craftsmanship. Highly recommend this company!

Kevin ORourke Communication was excellent, from the time he called to tell me he was on his way he was here within 20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and got right into the furnace based on the symptoms I indicated I was experiencing. He took the time to explain a few things so now I have a better understanding of what the parts do in my system, especially the safety features with carbon monoxide. I had This company out in the fall to do my maintenance and I will definitely be contacting them in the spring to service my air conditioner. I would recommend this company to my family and friends. I’m so happy I’m already feeling the warmth. Thank you

Where do I begin! It's been so humid and hot in Columbus OHIO and we don't have working air conditioning. We don't have working AC since 5/12 and it's now 5/31!!!
Somehow my home warranty company uses Fast Response for their cooling and heating system, I had to deal with them twice. (First time was 2yrs ago my heat stopped working) This is my second experience with them and I am not pleased.
To this company not having cool air in this heat is not an emergency beause when we asked them if they could come out Saturday morning they said it's only for an emergency. I have a large dog. She's so hot, and we are so hot this is an EMERGENCY. With work conflicts and Westerville power outage, we couldn't have the technician come to our place until 5/20. They looked at the unit outside and said needs to order Reverse Valve. So then they came back 5/25 and AC was supposed to work but it didn't. So then we're so frustrated and calling the company to come back and look at it, they wanted me to be at home at 11:30am on Friday, 5/27 for them to come out again. I'm working in Dublin so my fiance who is out of town told them to change the time to 12:30, I can be home by then... BUT NO ONE showed up. No call backs. No one came to look at my AC unit for the entire memorial weekend. This is not ok. Today we are experiencing 90 degrees in my area and we still don't have AC. We had to call them again and they're supposed to come tomorrow but we will see at this point. because they don't give you what time they're coming!!!...:(

Lenny came out to repair our system after it stopped heating. Our system was 40+ years old and ended up needing to be replaced. Lenny explained the whole process to us. The next day Brian and Cody were out to do the installation. They removed the old system and installed the new one. They then cleaned up their entire mess before leaving. They were all very professional and answered any questions that I had. I couldn't recommend them more!
