Overall a great experience! Scheduling an appointment was a little rough, as I had to call a couple times and wait on hold.
But Kevin.... KEVIN.
Kevin was legit. Super cool, he knows his stuff. He was very thorough, explained everything in clear manner and was very friendly. I definitely will be requesting him for future services, if I need any.
Oh, and, he's smelly and funny looking. 😂

I was referred to Fast Response through my home warranty company for a seasonal tune up. Rob and Josh were my technicians and they did a fantastic job. They were very thorough and knowledgeable and their customer service was great (both from the office side and during the service call). I would definitely recommend Fast Response for all of your HVAC service needs.

It took longer to get someone back to my home than I was expected. I was told I had been added to the next day schedule, after a few days of not hearing from anyone, I called in. The person who schedules had a poor attitude and seemed annoyed.
Kevin, the technician, was great! He was polite, professional and so far, seems to have done a great job. (I can't truly speak on that part until temps fall again).
I have added this company to my contact list and plan to use regulary.

Wanted payment up front before doing repair (we have used them before and this wasn’t the case then). Their first technician came and told us he couldn’t do the repair because it was too difficult and that we would be contacted regarding a repair time. Failed to contact us multiple times regarding the status of our repair and scheduling. We had to call them every time to find out what was going on. Forced to use them because of our home warranty. Rescheduled the repair time 30 minutes before their first 4 hour arrival window ended and gave us another 4 hour window for a total of an 8 hour window in one day??? Avoid this company at all costs. Everything about them is sketchy. This is not how reputable companies do business.

Please note the negative responses in other reviews!! I'm very disturbed that some of the previous reviews state some of the exact same business experience that I recently received and those reviews were 2years ago, 1year ago, months ago and even just weeks ago! POINT-obviously this business has a consistency of doing business this way! Not good business at all!! Furnace went out late evening on 11/7, called home warranty and they connected us with "Fast Response" (which is just a name they don't live up to) who didn't come out until Monday 11/11. Michael was the tech that did the repair stating that the blowers just needed to be cleaned and he took care of it. He even left my husband with a number to contact him directly if we had any further issues. Furnace went out on Wed. 11/13, my husband tried contacting Michael by way of calling and texting-he received no response either way. Called home warranty which contacted Fast Response and said they would contact us shortly for appointment. After almost two hours and not hearing from them, I contacted Fast Response with the number provided by the home warranty company. I was told (by Melissa) that they had not received a work order, so I informed her that they should have and that they had already been out to my home and she seemed to have found the order while we were still on the phone. She then told me that she would send it to scheduling for them to call me back with an appointment. I asked her if they could see me that day due to this being an issue that they were supposed to had fixed Mon. when they came and she said no guarantee of being seen. She suggested that I call the warranty company to tell them that I needed to expedite my call to "emergency status" and that would ensure Fast Response to get to me that day. I did that, called Fast Response back, spoke with a different girl who stated that they did not have a work order, and I informed her that they had to because I stayed on the phone with my company while they updated the order with them. Again, she found it immediately and said that she would send it to scheduling. At the end of the day on Thursday 11/14, they sent a text message stating that they were having "technical difficulties" and could not receive or make calls, but they would like to service us on the next day if we confirm. I confirmed for them to come out on Friday 11/15 between 10a-2p. Fri. they messaged close to 2p stating that they "over scheduled appointments" and had to change our time to 2p-6p. Finally Jordon comes and states that we need a gas valve. I informed him that we previously had that replaced about 3 months ago. He stated that he had to call "Mike" to ask him some things. He comes back and states."Let me do some further testing" and he finalized his diagnosis to be we needed a new circuit board. He stated that he would put the work order in to make sure they can get the piece ASAP and hopefully be out on Monday 11/18 to fix. We receive a message on Mon. 11/18 stating they will be out to our home between 10a-2p. My husband called the company at 1:30p because he had to go to work and he was told that the tech was finishing up the job before ours and when he finished there he would contact us to let us know he was on his way. At 2:48p, I called them because we hadn't heard from them-no call, no tech, etc. no one is answering the phone. I am calling from one location and my husband is calling from another location-no answer. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THAT?!? EVEN as I am writing this review, it is 4p, and still no contact from them nor can we reach them. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Please read the reviews posted on Google...obviously the ONLY ones they list on the company site are the "happy" ones. I also put a complaint in with my home warranty company.

Fast Response has been the company caring for my heating and cooling for the past 3 years. During this time they've always made a point of getting a technician out to my home within 24 hours, arriving within the time window given by their office staff, and the technicians have been professional, kind, and compassionate. These things are incredibly important to me, because of the way hotter and colder temps, affect my heart & lung conditions.
Robby is normally the technician who comes out to our home when we have a problem, and he always goes above and beyond what most companies will do to make sure the work is done right​. Robby's top priority, is for​ his customers ​to be​ satisfied with the services provided by Fast Response. The negative reviews above, aren't a true reflection of Fast Response, instead it's a reflection of the home warranty company the people writing the reviews use. The one commonality between all the negative reviews, is American Home Shield​.​
I understand this situation all too well, because I trusted American Home Shield as my home warranty company. I learned first hand how American Home Shield operates​,​ when I needed plumbing & electrical repairs​, and both experiences with them were incredibly stressful. After seeing what the contractors go through, in order to get authorization on the work that needs done, it was clear that the subcontractors they send out are "NOT" the ones failing to provide ​us​ with quality service, it's American Home Shield​!​
Our home warranty company ​should b​e​ up front about their policies, instead of trying to hide those important little details. American Home Shield should tell their customers about the uncovered charges, before the contractor comes out to our homes, such as the additional charges for R22 and R4, if its needed to fix a Heat Pump etc.. American Home Shield should make​ their customers aware of the fact,​ that​ the contractor is "NOT" allowed to supply​ parts over a certain dollar amount,​ instead American Home Shield ship's the parts to them, which delays the contractor from completing the repair work. Due to this, instead of being dissatisfied with the contractor, like Fast Response, we should be finding a way to make American Home Shield accountable for their lack of professionalism, and quality customer service.
Thank You Fast Response for continuing to take service calls from American Home Shield, because I without you we'd all be paying double the amount of what you charge for all those uncovered charges. I highly recommend Fast Response for any of your heating and cooling needs. Their techs are great and their prices can't be beat!

Our service was excellent from the time I called until our technician was walking out the door after having fixed the furnace. I had two different technicians out to my house prior to calling Fast Response, both of which told me after over an hour of working that the furnace was shot and they would be happy to replace it. Robby, our Fast Response technician, had my furnace fixed and running within 20 minutes. He was so polite and made sure to explain to me what he had done and why that solved the problem. He was gracious and patient as I asked a lot of what I am sure are ridiculously naive questions, making sure that I also understood how my furnace worked. Robby also made sure to go the extra mile cleaning the furnace and even dusting around the area. I was very comfortable with him in my home and would trust him completely for future HVAC needs. It is truly a weight off my shoulders to have found a trusted ally in keeping my home cool in the summer and warm in the winter. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I have had a couple different issues with my older furnace since November. Each time Robert has been the technician assigned to the job. He arrives on time, is very polite and professional and was able to quickly identify and resolve the problem. He is very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining things along the way. I would highly recommend Robert and Fast Response for any Heating or Cooling needs. Great Service!

My furnace went out at 3am and they fit me in that same day. The repair was fast and Rob was very professional and knowledgeable about what was wrong. Plus, he explained everything so clearly and enthusiastically that I didn't feel my presence or questions were a burden. Excellent experience, beginning to end.
