I have used Fast Response for both heating and cooling issues and I have been extremely satisfied both times. I have a home warranty through American Home Shield, like many other reviewers. Both times I was quickly contacted by Fast Response after my initial service request and they scheduled me in a timely manner. Robert was the service tech both times and he is very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the problem. I'm honestly surprised by the negative comments about the customer service and not getting called back, etc. My experience from start to finish was great. The communication was clear, the woman that initially called me was polite and friendly, the time frame they gave me was fair given it was right after a holiday weekend and the temps were insanely high and I was given a window of time that they would arrive and was called when the tech was on his way. I'd use Fast Response even if they weren't the service contractor assigned through my home warranty company.

Fast Response was assigned to us through our home warranty company when our furnace began experiencing issues. We ended up replacing both our furnace and AC. Through the entire experience they were knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive. Our contact, Brooke, was awesome. She made multiple trips out to ensure everything was correct post install and even helped resolve an issue with our Nest. Great company, highly recommend.

Kevin was great. His service was quick, professional and personable! He easily diagnosed our issue and gave us some nice tips for the future. I’m very happy with how quick and easy his service was! Hopefully we don’t have any issues in the future- but if we did I’d call Kevin!

We've been having an issue with our heater. I contacted American Home Shield and they dispatched Fast Response to resolve the problem. I made the request on the website on a Saturday. I was called first thing in the morning on Monday to schedule a tech visit.
I don't know the name of the first tech, as my wife was the one who was home when they came. He examined the heater and advised my wife that he'd need to get a part for it.
The next day two different techs came out with the part and completed the repair. Robert, and the other tech that was with him (I apologize, I don't recall his name), were great. Professional, friendly, courteous and very customer focused. Robert even texted me the next day to check that everything was still working well.
I can't speak to the negative experiences of some reviewers, but ours was nothing but outstanding. I couldn't ask for more. I've worked in customer focused service enough years to recognize and truly appreciate excellent service when I receive it. I would gladly rely on Fast Response again if needed.

Dishonest people. Lied to me telling me my AC was not repairable and needed to be replaced. While telling the home warranty they repaired the AC. I requested itemized receipt and the truth to home warranty with no response. I will report this to BBB and the technician that came out!

They have been to our house 5 times now & still have not fixed the problem! One of their "best technicians" was suppose to come two days ago & never showed. I called & spoke with a supervisor 2 hours ago, was told she would get back to me ASAP & I'm still waiting for a call. All of this & I've already paid them over $700! Go somewhere else for your HV/AC needs!!!!
I think a full refund should be adequate, since my AC has been running nonstop for over three weeks. I can only imagine what it's going to be. You have my phone number, so your office or Robert are more than welcome to give me a call to have this resolved. Even my home warranty company gave me a refund because of what we had to go through. Hope to hear from you sooner than later.
Oh & these "new reviews" that say how great this company is, look how many total reviews they have....maybe 2-5!!! You can tell they're fake!! 🤣🤣🤣

Fast response? Because of their nonsense combined with the warranty company I’ve gone over a week without heat. Their technician attempted to use a CO detector after the furnace was on for only a minute to detect a crack, without visually inspecting properly. Anyone can understand why that wouldn’t work. I have second opinions already that have photos of the cracks. This place is just a low bid contractor doing low quality work.

Kevin called in advance and arrived right on time. He let me know in advance that I may have to come out of pocket outside of what the Warranty company might offer. He narrowed down the problem on my furnace and told me what my options were. He then told me where to proceed next. I appreciated him being upfront and felt like he was really trying to help me.
I had to update my review as Kevin was not thorough enough. I had another company come out to look at the furnace and they put a camera inside and showed me exactly where the crack was on my Heat Exchanger. So the other company verified what Duke Energy suspected at first. So though Fast Response was quick and responsive they missed the mark on what the problem was. 🙁

Fast Response was dispatched through our home warranty company to service our broken air conditioner. Rob arrived well within the scheduled window, and was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. It was raining (he didn't even mention the bad weather), so I didn't follow him outside to watch, but he took photos of the problem parts in our unit, and after confirming I wanted to proceed with the repair, took photos of the replaced parts after installation so I could see the work that was done. He finished less than an hour ago and our house is already 5 degrees cooler. I highly recommend Rob and Fast Response."
