Once our a/c just quit working. Naturally it is summer! I called Franklin and they were able to send a technician the next day.
Shaine H. came to our home and worked for one day installing our new unit.
Shaine was very polite, patient and quiet. He was great.

Their prices were very competitive and the installation of our new furnace was one of the great experiences of our house maintenance history. The installers (Mitch W. and Shane H.) arrived on time and were very polite and professional. We replaced a 35-year-old 60% efficiency Trane with a variable speed 80% efficient Trane. They used my existing thermostat and humidifier. The install looks good and works great. We are very pleased.

We couldn’t be more disappointed with this company. We had them come out and service our heater and AC unit in the fall and spring, to make sure everything was functioning properly. We told the technician we were having issues with getting the AC unit to power on in the spring when they came out to service it about 3 weeks ago. The technician came out and said everything looked good. Last night the AC unit stopped working. The technician even forgot to turn the breaker for our AC unit back on after he finished looking at it. We discovered this later in the day when our home was sweltering hot.

We called this morning and were told we would have to pay extra to have a technician come back out. We called another company who didn’t charge us extra to come out on a Saturday, and within 15 minutes of the technician being in our home he determined there was loose wiring, and Freon leek, and recommended a replacement unit. We are getting a new unit now, and are happy to pay the other company who explained to us Franklin should have caught these issues when they serviced our AC unit 3 weeks ago. Don’t waste your money on Franklin we went with Pinkerington Heating and Cooling. The technician was polite, and even changed all the filters Franklin told us they changed, but clearly did not. Again don’t waste your money on Franklin we feel like we’ve been ripped off, and will never use their services again!

Franklin Heating and Cooling installed a new Carrier HVAC in my house. The price was good and the people were great. I highly recommend this company

They did a great job. In and out in less than 5 hours. Very professional and considerate. Answered any questions I had about the new unit and explained about it when they were completed. Everything was cleaned up and the new A/C unit looks great! Would Highly recommend. Value was tremendous and much cheaper than going with other companies that I contacted.

Very affordable each time we have needed them, they have been out quickly, have worked with purpose, and always finish quickly. They are great!

Bobby and Devan performed the installation of the heater in an exemplary manner. They were punctual. They were very courteous and considerate. They exhibited professional knowledge of the product and their craft at the highest level. They left the worksite cleaner and better than they found it. Bobby and Brian were very polite, professional and paid close attention to details. Both men wore shoe covers when entering the house. They installed a natural gas heater in our garage.
