Thomas was fantastic he got my AC working in under 2 hours. Iwas very pleased with the whole experience with Franklin. Thank you so much will never call anyone else!!! I had someone come the week before him and he didn't do anything except make it worse.

Furnace stopped working at around 11:45 pm on 3/2/17. I went online and sent a message to Franklin Heating and Refrigeration requesting service anytime after 7:30 am on 3/3/17. They called me at 7:25 am to inform me that they were sending out a technician. Technician arrived at 8:00 am. By 8:45 am, furnace was fixed and technician left. Now this is how you run a business! I was so impressed with their service that I purchased a service contract with them to handle my yearly preventive maintenance. I would not hesitate to recommend them. BTY, my technician was Aaron D.

This is an amazing company to work with that provides top tier service. I live in an older house and have had to use their services on multiple occasions from my water heater to air conditioner and finally a new furnace install. No matter the technician they are always very friendly and explain everything they're doing in detail. They're happy to answer any questions you may have before, during and after your scheduled service. I can't recommend this company enough!

The customer service was awesome! Not only were they out the same day to repair my AC, but Ray, the technician, was incredibly friendly and very professional. It is a wonderful value and I highly recommend this company!

Once again, excellent service from the Franklin Heating and Refrigeration team! Shaine and Anthony came out to install a propane gas pipe for my new gas range. They also did the propane conversion kit for the range and the installation itself. It was a bit tricky, as I had a vintage 1971 electric range that had to be disconnected, and the new one connected with the gas. All went smoothly, and Shaine and Anthony did an excellent job. This was the second time Shaine was out leading the team. Earlier this year I had a major HVAC overhaul - conversion from fuel oil boiler to propane gas Trane furnace, plus new Trane AC, and Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. MAJOR work. All excellently executed by the various Franklin team members.

Always confident 100% when Shaine is in charge. All of the Franklin team members are polite, professional and competent. They are also customer-friendly but focused on the work. Thank you today, Shaine and Anthony, for your excellent service and installation, and thank you to all the other Franklin team members - Bob, Joy, Jessica, Kris, Chris, Morris, Bobby and everyone for excellent service on all the projects.

I was able to get a quick appointment, and Chris C did an awesome job. He went through everything with us, and explained the work that he did (we had them out for preventative maintenance). He was also kind enough to show us all of our duct work and demonstrate how we could divert the heat/AC into different areas of the house (we are not from the midwest, so this was a new concept for us). He didn't try and sell us anything, just gave us options for the future, and where he thought we could improve the system, and what not to waste our money on. Appreciated!
We will definitely have them back for future needs, and we will request Chris again :)

Franklin has been my go to for HVAC for the past 4 years at all of my warehouse locations. I have been very satisfied with dealing with Joy and Jessica in office and the tech’s that perform the service calls. Aaron D did a great job today with all of our needs..

We had forced air heat and a/c installed in our 100 year old house. We previously had boiler heat. They installed a unit in the attic area and one in the basement so not to cut up my house for duct work. I can't describe how amazing the whole thing is!! The workers were so polite and professional. Great group of guys. I would never think of ever using any other company. From the front end to all the people working at our house they were too notch. It actually was like working with family. Very nice people. Shane H. Was the man that was there all the time. He blew me away with his knowledge and talent. Bob, Devon, and TeRon were excellent young men as well. They worked hard and very well together. They were here 3 weeks working around my wife and I working with never a problem. Sooo polite all of them. We actually miss having them here.

First time user. I will be a repeat consumer. The service man was respectful hardworking polite and explained everything to me in a professional and polite manner. All staff that I have interacted with made me feel like I was their top priority. Definitely worthy of a 5 star rating.
