Had a new furnace put into my apt, very professional and you could tell they loved their job!

Shaine and Devan were the ones that came out, very nice guys, chatted with them throughout the whole process, would recommend if you are having issues

They sent a technician because our drain was clogged. He promptly fixed the issue and then answered my questions regarding maintenance and life expectations regarding the A/C and condenser. The price was also very reasonable. I'll definitely call them first for an estimate and pick them over comparable competitors if the price is right.

We had 2 different service calls and with both we received EXCELLENT, very professional service from Franklin Heating & Refrigeration. Turhan was on time, efficient and extremely helpful getting our multi-system facility assessed and serviced so we are on track for summer temperatures.

Lewis was amazing!! He was able to check out our air conditioner and find the problem quick. Once he found the problem he fixed it in a matter of minutes. He went a step beyond and gave us suggestions on how to keep our air conditioner running well with replacing the air filter monthly instead if every other 3 months. Our first call to Franklin set their service ahead of others. We received personal visit from Mr Rizer the same day to provide a HVAC estimate. We knew we wanted to replace the 22 yo system in the home we recently purchased and were on borrowed time with the existing unit. Mr.Rizer took the time to explain our options to obtain the energy efficiency we desired. Providing us with several options and doing further research with Trane to ensure the programmable thermostat would work to maintain the energy efficiency.
On installation day the team arrived and carefully protected the areas they would be using. They explained the process and were extremely professional while in our home. Although the installation took 2 days we appreciated the attention to detail when routing the venting through the exterior wall, taking care to allow us space for future projects.
The Trane system is so quiet and our home feels comfortable. The increased airflow makes the second floor of our home much more comfortable.
Additionally several months after our installation I had to inquire about a rebate. Mr. Rizer remembered a very unique telephone conversation from shortly after our installation and was able to help resolve the missing rebate issue with the utility company (not a Franklin Heating or Trane rebate). Saving me the added frustration of resubmitting the documentation. I highly recommend Franklin Heating and Cooling they are a team of dedicated professionals that will treat you fairly and respectfully.

Aaron arrived on time and was thorough in his service. He gave me a verbal run down of what he had accomplished. He answer several question with easy to understand explanations. Arron, like all of the servicemen I have had from Franklin over years and years, was personable and easy to have doing service in my home.

They came did the work nice and friendly got it done ain't had a problem one bit I'll recommend them to anybody
