Dor-Mar Westerville Heating and Air Repair

Dor-Mar is a great company to work with and we are repeat customers. Today my technician was Trent. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and went through different options to make sure our heating system continued to work efficiently. I definitely recommend this company.

Dave and Doug did a fantastic job. They immediately recognized what was wrong when just performing a routine maintenance and spent extra time to explain why it’s important to replace a damaged part that we would’ve never knew about. I would only use Dor Mar in the future for all maintenance and repairs

Company puts the customer's needs first. Service was A1 and my technician Trent explained to me the issues to insure I understood the process. Definitely will be my go to company for any future needs

Doug and Ryan were excellent and efficient in putting in our new furnace after we did not have any heat for 4 days. They did a wonderful job and we would highly recommend them!

The technician was very thorough and very professional. Explain the issues and how to fix them easy to understand terms will definitely use them again when it comes to any HVAC issues.

Had my ducts cleaned and a new furnace installed. Doug, Jaden and Trent were great. Trent went over my options thoroughly, Jaden did great with my ducts and Doug was great for the install. Slight miscommunications from headquarters, but would use the company again in a heartbeat. 2 weeks prior, I called an HVAC company just to check my furnace out because of high bills. Said it was running fine, but on its last leg. At 31+ years old, no problem I totally understand. They also said they do not do duct cleanings, do not work on hot water tanks, etc. Dor-Mar did it all. Very pleased overall with their service. Called in at 4am on a Sunday when I woke up to the furnace being out. Felt bad that I clearly woke the lady up! But she scheduled Trent, who showed up timely that day. Scheduled a new furnace to be installed Tuesday. Headquarters called early Monday morning and said they had a cancelation and could be there Monday afternoon. Arrived at 12:50, all finished up by 3:45. A few minor things here and there I would have changed, nlbut overall a great experience!

Chris O. did a great job on our routine water heater maintenance. He was very nice, informative, and found a little gas leak which he quickly diagnosed and repaired.

Jayden and Bryson cleaned our ducts. They were very kind and professional when they completed their work. They also went through the work they did in detail to show they completed their job. The work was performed satisfactorily, and I will be using them again.

I've never seen a more competent tech. He checked the air conditioner and cleaned it, it was super dirty. He did a super job, showed me before and after. I think this company is great.

This was our annual furnace inspection which went smooth he had a thorough report and was in and out quickly. Much appreciated, Dor Mar has been the only company I’ve trusted to have out to our home and it’s paid off! Thank you all for being great at your jobs, from the office to the techs! It says Dor Mar Westerville, however i live in Newark, both locations are great I’m sure!
