Rep Steve Swonger did a routine maintenance check on our furnace. Very knowledgeable and he even discovered a minor installation problem (uv light was not hardwired) and corrected it. Great job!!

After having our ductwork cleaned almost immediately motor stopped working ironically but you did show up very quickly offered an option on the motor and had it installed timely and since you working beautifully

Cory Ryan is absolutely wonderful. He is kind and caring about any issues or questions I may have. You can tell that he enjoys his work and the results show his pride! We have used Dor Mar in our last three homes, sense 2000. They have always had professional trustworthy contractors. Tim came yesterday to do our regular maintenance and explained why we need to replace the 18-year-old furnace in the condo that we bought two years ago. We knew it was going, and now it’s time. Doug and Jeremy from Dor-Mar did an outstanding job. They worked tirelessly to remove our old (1960s era) HVAC system and install a brand new one. We’re so happy to have a working system again. They took care to ensure everything was done correctly and their attention to detail was impressive. They were meticulous during clean-up and we are thrilled with the result. They also took the time to teach me about the system and ensure I was 100% satisfied.
