We had an issue with our boiler, and I called Family HVAC based on their reviews. Boy are those reviews truthful.

I spoke with Denise to coordinate and schedule and she had an excellent foundational knowledge of the system I had (enough to help me troubleshoot what kind of service I was looking for). Beyond that, she was kind, courteous, and responsive.

Brew came out the next day to diagnosis the issue and gave me a thorough diagnosis after fully inspecting the system. Later that evening, he reached out to mention a possible small issue that may be impeding the system from firing up, and he was right. He even later walked me through how to bleed my radiator system (I didn't know anything about it), and I was able to provide heat for my family.

Brew went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations, and didn't once make me feel like an idiot for not understanding the issue or basic maintenance of my system.

As the name suggests, I'm now part of the FAMILY HVAC and will use them forever and ever. I suggest you do, too.

90 degrees in JUNE??? Yup and my HVAC system goes out. Oh No!! Google gave me Family Heating & Air as a close option so I called. I got fast, competent and responsive service. A free and accurate estimate, quick and easy financing and professional and courteous staff interaction with Brew and Joe guiding me through seamlessly (the person on the phone was pleasant and helpful also though I forget her name). Well worth the money. I highly recommend.
