So I am new to Doylestown and Family HVAC installed the AC system last year and the previous homeowner was kind enough to share with me the information about Family Heating and AC and I contacted them to service the AC system before I used it this year. From the first phone call to them (and follow up calls as well) Denise was kind and accommodating! She was professional and courteous, and that is rare to have both of those things happen on a phone call these days! After helping me understand my system installation, she then set up a service and the service technician arrived on time and was, again, courteous! He helped me with the filter replacement and then checked out the system both inside and out. With it being a new system, everything checked out just fine. I really appreciated them coming out for the service and will be working with them again in the future. My heater was installed by another company, but I plan on having Family HVAC handle both the heater and the AC. Cheers to kind and courteous service!

Customer service was excellent. This started with Denise who worked hard to get a technician to my house on a late Sunday afternoon. Only HVAC company I could find to come to the house on this Sunday. John showed up and was easy to work with. Central AC was shot; my heater and AC was 22 years old. John was able to give me a price to include hot water heater. John even setup a rollup AC unit he had in my bedroom!
Everything was installed Tuesday morning-afternoon by John and Adrian. Both of theses guys were professional, friendly and I have no complaints about the installation; craftsmanship was good.
AC has been running great for 4 days now!

The team responded very quickly to my initial request for service. Having an old, complicated heating system meant a few visits were needed. Each visit has been scheduled quickly, they take the time to explain the issue, and work hard to correct the problems. Brew is skilled, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. This is a real family owned company and you can tell the difference- they care about the work they do and their customers. I’ll be using them for all my heating and cooling needs.

From the first phone call to the last good-bye after the work was completed, each person I encountered was both professional, yet personable. Hat's off especially to Brew, who came for the initial inspection of my more than 20 year old boiler. He made the death announcement gently and guided me on my next steps. I didn't have a savings account in place to cover a new heating system installation and he gave me financing options. He was even here yesterday when the new boiler was installed. As I sit here warm and toasty once again, I am thankful for their high quality work at a competitive price.

These people were amazing. I live around the corner, was experiencing an issue in the afternoon, and they were here at 8am the next morning. My technician, Brew(probably spelling that incorrectly) was a good Dude. I am a new homeowner and heating systems are not my specialty. He walked me through some maintenance steps and gave me a radiator key for free. Sure, not an expensive item, but he took it off his keychain, gave it to me, and saved me a trip to Home Depot. 100% would recommend, and will absolutely be using them for any future issues.

John loaned us a portable air conditioner until the new one came in. He went above and beyond. He installed both an air conditioner and heater with the help of Zack. They were great to deal with. We will rely on them with the Family Comfort Protection Plan for years to come.

Phenomenal customer service! Honest & professional! I knew immediately during my initial call with Denise that we had found the right HVAC company. I don’t know another HVAC company that offers use of a portable AC unit while waiting on your parts to come in. Our tech, John Franklin, very experienced, polite and helpful. He was a pleasure to work with! Family is our forever HVAC company!

Last week our heater stopped working around 4PM. We had had Family HVAC service our heater in the fall. I called Family and was told someone would be out within the hour. Brew arrived in 45 minutes. He replaced
the aquastat on our 41 yr old heater and recommended we consider replacing the unit, as it had lasted longer than normally expected.
We agreed with Brew, who was very professional, and who offered to put the price of repairs toward a new unit. After due consideration, we set an installation appointment for the next week. Family arrived on time, showed great respect for us and for our house and accomplished the job in less than the expected amount of time. We also got a programmable thermostat.
We were happy with our installation, and will not hesitate to call them for our future needs.
