Good service, Chris came on time, he was professional and courteous. I like that Chris was providing general guidance to maintain A/C. He was willing to take a little bit of to explain and waited to make sure everything is good before leaving.

ACT is a first class operation. Chris returned my initial call in less than 1 hour and on a weekend. He scheduled a prompt visit to inspect my non-working A/C. The thing I liked the most was that Chris listened to what I wanted and did not try to steer me one way or the other. Finding someone who listens is a real bonus with contractors and a testament to how ACT does business. The work was scheduled in a timely manner and we were kept informed every step of the way. Chris and Gideon worked tirelessly to get our new system installed in a clean and professional way. Likewise, I want to acknowledge the courteous and efficient help we received from Ann in the office. Air Comfort Technologies is truly a company that stands head and shoulders above others.

From the initial estimate through the installation process, Chris was wonderful to work with. His assistant on the day of install was equally friendly and polite. We've had our new HVAC system (with the air filtration upgrade) for about a month now and we are very happy. Chris is a rare find as a service technician. He explains things to you and is very courteous. I felt very comfortable around him and he answered all my questions. We had him work on our central air unit about a year and a half prior to this appointment. It was a no brainier who I was calling when my furnace started acting up. I would recommend this company to everyone. Five stars.

I find it difficult to put into words how great these guys are. My wife and I were unfortunate enough to have our ac unit break down last week. I should mention that I initially called one of the “one hour” places to come out. They showed up and even though their tech was nice he left with over $300 of my money and the house never came down to temperature even once. Knowing that if I were going to have to replace I wanted the quality and reputation of Trane I called Air Comfort Technologies. The lady in the office was so nice and absolutely pleasant to deal with. I let her know that my wife is currently in a cast and this feels almost like an emergency situation to us. She was able to have Chris come out that day! That kind of service is hard to find if not impossible anywhere this time of year. Chris showed up right on time and was absolutely OUTSTANDING to deal with! He listened to my concerns and made recommendations based on them. He didn’t try to up sell me in anyway. We knew immediately that this was the company for us. Chris could see our situation and my wife’s misery with her cast in our brutally hot indoor temperatures and said he could get us in on Sunday, keep in mind this was on Friday. Things just kept getting better with these guys. Saturday morning comes around and I get a call from Chris saying he had a cancellation and could get it installed that day! The very next day! AMAZING! We of course agreed immediately. On top of that great news Chris informed me that the supplier was out of the unit I had ordered so they upgraded me to the next higher unit at no additional cost!! Again, Chris showed up right on time. A little bit later Gideon arrived to assist Chris and he was also super nice and a pleasure to be around. The install looks outstanding and even though it happened quickly you could really see they took the time paying attention to details. I’m very picky about how things look and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

If I could give more stars I would. Every member of their team was awesome to work with throughout the process. Prices were on point and the job was done quickly (new hvac, furnace, and water heater installed).

The installation looks great and Chris spent time to teach us all of the new whistles and bells so that we could enjoy our new system.
